4. Which darkly comic sketch show featured a cadre of vampire choirboys in their Christmas special?

Answer: The League Of Gentlemen

The choirboys feature in the second of three tales told to Royston Vasey's resident vicar, Bernice. The League must be big fans of the holiday as they created and starred in their own pantomime, "The League of Gentlemen Are Behind You!"
5. In which cult cartoon show has divisive religious holidays been abolished in favour of Snowflake Day, when Snowflake Jake delivers festive spices?

Answer: Clone High

"Clone High" is a fondly remembered cartoon that parodied teen melodrama by filtering it through a ridiculous school populated by clones of historical figures. Every episode was considered "a very special episode," and when Joan of Arc sabotages and then abandons her adoptive father's Snowflake Day party, it's up to teen sensation Mandy Moore to show her the true meaning of the holiday.
6. Many TV shows have had a birth at Christmas, but only one has a character stamping on the afterbirth! Which one?

Answer: Misfits

"Misfits" was a fantastic show about a group of delinquents who gain superpowers when doing community service. When Nathan falls in love with the heavily pregnant Marnie, he vows to support her. However, after the ASBO 5 deliver the baby, Nathan freaks out at the sight of the placenta and stamps on it, worried it could be an alien.

Answer: Father Ted

In "A Christmassy Ted," Ted and Dougal are Christmas shopping when they accidentally wander into "the largest lingerie section in Ireland." Ted is worried that two priests being seen together there could be the basis for a scandal. As they struggle to find an exit, they are joined by six other priests! Ted is later given an award for making sure all eight priests leave without incident.
8. Which cult sci-fi show had series regular Zach Galifianakis step in as a Santa Claus, giving kids bonesaws, splatter-guards and rib-seperators?

Answer: Tru Calling

Eliza Dushku was Tru Davies, a morgue worker with the ability to travel back in time in order to prevent some of the corpses from dying in the first place. Galifianakis played her boss, the medical examiner. In the Christmas episode he agrees to step in last minute to help his girlfriend, but hasn't done much in the way of preparation!
9. Which cartoon has our hero fretting about whether to buy the love of his life one $500 parrot or 500 one-dollar stink lizards?

Answer: Futurama

"Girls like swarms of lizards, right?" It's Fry's first "Xmas," née Christmas, since being frozen cryogenically for a thousand years, and he wants to buy the perfect gift for Leela when he realises she is as lonely as he is. Fry buys the parrot for Leela, but it almost immediately outwits him and escapes. It is ultimately incinerated by Robot Santa Claus.
10. For me, it's just not Christmas until a naked, greasy Danny DeVito bursts out of a couch. Which special do I need to watch?

Answer: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

In a show full of awful characters, the truly despicable Frank ruins his children's Christmas by buying himself their dream Christmas gifts. They vow to make him change his ways by showing him how terrible he is, and he agrees to eavesdrop at his former company's Christmas party to find out what his old employees truly think of him, provided he can do it from inside an employee's lounge couch.
