"Sky King" featured Kirby Grant in the title role. Sadly, he was killed in a car accident in 1985 as he was driving to Cape Canaveral where he was to be honored by the astronauts of the Space Shuttle Challenger for his achievements in encouraging aviation and space flight.
2. "Wagon Train" first rolled across the prairie in September, 1957. Who played gritty Wagonmaster Major Seth Adams?

Answer: Ward Bond

John McIntire replaced Bond as Wagonmaster Christoper Hale. Horton played scout Flint McCullough and McGrath was cook Charlie Wooster.

Answer: Laramie

John Russell portrayed Marshall Troop. His assistant was Deputy Johnny McKay played by Peter Brown.
4. Who played the title role on "The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp"?

Answer: Hugh O'Brian

On the show, Earp carried an over-sized .45 with a long barrel called a "Buntline Special". The series lasted from 1955 until 1961.

"Gunsmoke" ran from September, 1955 until September, 1975. There were a total of 233 half-hour episodes and 400 hour long episodes.

Answer: He won it in a poker game

When Calhoun won the railroad, it was only partially finished. The program revolved around his efforts to finish laying the tracks. Gary Collins starred as construction foreman Dave Tarrant.

Davis was a crack shot and was a skilled rider. She did many of her own stunts. The program was produced by Gene Autry's Flying A Productions.

Fess Parker also starred in several Walt Disney movies about Davey Crockett. Buddy Ebsen co-starred as Georgie Russell in these movies. Albert Salmi co-starred on Daniel Boone as Yadkin.
9. On "Bonanza", what town is the Ponderosa located nearly on top of?

Answer: Carson City, Nevada

You know Ben Cartwright had three sons, Adam, Hoss and Little Joe. Did you know all three had different mothers? Adam's mother Elizabeth died in childbirth. Hoss' mother Inger was killed by Indians and Little Joe's mother Marie was killed in a fall from a horse.

Jarrod was played by Richard Long. Nick was played by Peter Breck and Heath was played by Lee Majors. Heath was the illegitimate son of Victoria's late husband Tom. Eugene only appeared in the first season and was played by Charles Briles
