Spike not only uses the same martial arts style as Martial Arts legend Bruce Lee, but also has numerous occassions where he plays out an entire classic Bruce Lee fight. For example, watch Session #2 ("Stray Dog Strut"), where Spike fights a tall black outlaw in the same way that Bruce Lee fought Kareem Abdul Jabaar in the movie "Game of Death".

Water can flow around obstacles, but can also strike suddenly and powerfully. Bruce Lee's martial arts style was built upon this notion, but it is not exclusive to his style.
The four elements play a great role in the series. The four partners of the Cowboy Bebop crew represent the four elements as well - Spike is Water, Jet is Earth, Faye is Fire, and Ed is the element of Air. No wonder they have so much trouble getting along!

If he wants to fly it in the year 2071, he's going to have to collect several dozens of tons of tiny little pieces, as the Columbia has unfortunately disintegrated upon re-entry. The series was made in 1998, they had no idea that this was going to happen.

In this question, Tango is the odd one out, as there was no episode that contained this word.
