Answer: Kate Stewart

Kate Stewart was the person described! River Song was Amy and Rory's daughter, and didn't face the Shakri, while although Martha worked at UNIT, she never dealt with the Zygons! Kate Stewart was the only person who fits the description! Kate Stewart was played by Jemma Redgrave in the revived series of "Doctor Who" from 2012.
2. From a parallel Earth, this soldier helped the Doctor defeat the Cybermen. He made enemies with Mickey Smith, but they later travelled the world together to defeat the remaining Cybermen.

Jake Simmonds was the person described! Yvonne Hartman fought the Cybermen, but never originated from a parallel Earth, Mrs Moore died while fighting them and Journey Blue was from a totally different series! Jake Simmonds appeared multiple times throughout the second series of "Doctor Who" in the episodes: "Rise of the Cybermen", "The Age of Steel" and "Doomsday", all of which aired in 2006. Jake Simmonds was played by Andrew-Hayden Smith.

Grant.

Yvonne Hartman was the head of the Torchwood Institute in 2006. Unfortunately for her, she was converted into a Cyberman during the Battle of Canary Wharf. Despite this, she managed to buy the Doctor and Rose enough time to defeat them all, since her dedication to her country was unaffected by the Cyber conversion. Hartman was played by Tracy-Ann Oberman, who reprised her role as Yvonne for a number of audio stories by Big Finish Productions from 2015.

Nardole was originally introduced as a minor character for the 2015 Christmas Special, "The Husbands of River Song". He returned the following year on a regular basis, until his departure in the series 10 finale, "The Doctor Falls". He made another small appearance in the 2017 Christmas Special, "Twice Upon a Time". Nardole was played by comedian Matt Lucas from 2015.

Harriet Jones returned for the 2006 Christmas Special in order to 'ease the transition between the Ninth and Tenth Doctors. Although Harriet was seemingly killed off in the 2008 episode "The Stolen Earth", former showrunner Russell T. Davies included a poem in a 2017 "Doctor Who" themed anthology. According to this, Harriet made her escape from the Daleks by motorbike moments before they exterminated her. Harriet was played by Penelope Wilton in four episodes of "Doctor Who".
