Answer: Scents her hair

While giving John tips on flying in her Prowler, John is distracted by Aeryn's hair, specifically the way it smells. Aeryn tells him Zhaan gave her something and John says he likes it, to which Aeryn says, "Well it's not for you to like." Always playing hard to get, that one.

Answer: Zhaan praying

When the nearby planet of a breakaway colony of Sebaceans targets Moya for destruction unless she surrenders, Chiana says they have to do something and Zhaan starts praying, making her say, "Something useful." In the end, Moya chooses to surrender and Rygel convinces one of the leaders that they are peaceful and some of the crew go down to the planet.

Answer: A Scarran

A Scarran named Cargn appears helping Prince Clavor to become the ruler of the planet. Builders are god-like beings who created leviathans and gave them sentience. During this three-part story arc, a Builder called Kahaynu appears (played by Jonathan Hardy, better known as the voice of Rygel), but he does not appear until Part 2's "I Do, I Think." Scorvians were mentioned back in season one's "Back and Back and Back to the Future," but their true forms were never seen. Grudeks appear in season four.

Answer: Sheyang

When John and the others arrive and are at a meet-and-greet dance on the planet, where everyone puts drops on their tongues and kisses random people to see if they are compatible (DNA wise), there is a Sheyang dancing in the corner! Not sure why he's there, but I kind of feel for him having no dance partner.

Answer: Molasses

John is asked by Counselor Elkar Tyno to take the test with a woman, and Crichton does, taking a drop and then kissing the woman. He says, "It's sweet, it's kinda like molasses." Found to be compatible with the woman, who turns out to be the princess, John is put under protective custody and is told he must marry her!

Answer: King Arthur

John, when he finds out D'Argo and Rygel want him to pretend to love the princess while they stall Scorpius, who has arrived on the planet, says, "There is no love! I am the reverse King Arthur. I am the one who could put the sword into the stone!" This is a pun on King Arthur pulling Excalibur out of a stone. Don Quixote is referenced in season four's "John Quixote" and Casablanca is referenced in this episode's title, "A Kiss is but a Kiss." Sleeping Beauty is an old fable about a sleeping woman who needs a kiss from her true love to wake her.

Answer: He has to return an overdue library book

D'Argo is trying to convince John to go through with the marriage, but John says, "80 cycles. My college loans will be delinquent. I'll miss the strippers on my 100th birthday. I'll get a utility bill for 3 trillion dollars for a single porch light I left on and everybody I know will be dead." D'Argo tells John, "The alternative is having your brain dissected by Scorpius." If ever there was a good reason to get married...

Answer: Buffy the Vampire Slayer

John tells D'Argo, "Humans don't live as long as Sebaceans....when I get back everyone...my dad, DK, my sisters, Cameron Diaz, Buffy the Vampire Slayer will be dead."

Answer: Hope

When John tells D'Argo everyone he knows will be dead after 80 cycles, D'Argo tells him he may never see any of them again anyway. John tells him, "Hope. I have hope, or I am nothing." D'Argo convinces John by telling him to look at what fate has given him - no more Scorpius, and wealth and power and peace after 80 cycles.

Answer: "I'm with Chiana now, John."

D'Argo apparently thinks John is asking him to be more than just friends. One of my favorite lines, as are all the ones where the aliens misinterpret what John says. And D'Argo's facial expression when John asks him is priceless.
