Sikozu wants to know where John and the others have been, that they've been in orbit over Earth for 42 of Earth's days. John tells her, "The wormhole's unstable. Some time dilation may have occurred."

Sikozu tells John that, "He's in a pod at the far end of this wormhole. He's transmitting us a signal so we can find our way back." John says, "Yeah, you can stop pimping for him anytime." Sikozu asks John, "What is wrong with you? These are your people. Or do you think they pose us a threat?" John says, no, it's the other way around.

Everyone at the Crichton home is decorating the tree for Christmas, and Aeryn goes out to buy John a lot of gifts.

Jack wants to take a trip in Aeryn's Prowler to the moon, but she says she can do better and takes him to Saturn. He claims he's gone father into space than anyone, but Aeryn points out that John has gone just a little farther than he has.

Aeryn shoots at a chandelier and it falls on the Skreeth, but it gets up later just as D'Argo is landing Lo'la down after he discovered DK and Laura's bodies. D'Argo shoots at the creature with his ship Lo'la and incinerates it. Aeryn says, "Merry frelling Christmas."

John tells his dad, "I have to go. You take care.... I have a job to do. It's your words again." Jack says he can't help but feel like John is never coming back, but John says, "Oh, I'll be back. That's a promise. You take care of my home." Then he puts on some sunglasses and walks away with some cool music playing for him.
