She also remembers the first time they kissed and were going to get intimate in "The Flax" and when John showed her Earth in "A Human Reaction." Another clip is of the two in bed from "Relativity" and "Season of Death" when they kiss.

Stark keeps hearing Zhaan's voice talking to him, and then notices Xhalax Sun alive and well, even though Crais supposedly had killed her. The two confront Crais, wanting to kill them, but now that his personality is linked with Talyn (the ship), they can't. Crais made a deal with Xhalax, he lets her live and she reports them dead to her superiors so that no other retrieval squads come after them.

Designer Rowan Woods made the city look like the bleak city of "Blade Runner." "The Fifth Element" borrowed from that film as well, but didn't have quite the bleak and dark tone of "Blade Runner."

John says, "Aeryn, help me" before Seer Cresus moans and John disappears. Late Cresus tells Aeryn that "...what we do is a distortion, a hoax. But, with you, Aeryn Sun, it may have been real." He wants to know if she is willing to try one more time, but she says nothing and leaves.

Xhalax kills the alien pretending to be Talyn and then tells Aeryn, "I want your pain. To know how close I was to love. So close... and then to lose it all in an instant. I've heard loved ones leave you in pieces, that little by little you start to forget things about them, but that's not true. You lose them, everything, instantly, and suddenly nothing can replace them. Nothing. And now you have nothing. How does it feel?"

Aeryn tells her mother that she's come to realize that Peacekeepers are not remarkable, and that they never do anything for love. Xhalax tells Aeryn, "You're wrong. Cycles ago, after your birth, I was given an order. They called it a choice. "One of you must die", they said. I killed your father so you could live. I did that... for love." Xhalax is shot by Crais, and then she falls from the ledge, telling Aeryn, "Let me fall, Aeryn. Do it, let me go. I died a long time ago. You live for me."

Stark hears Zhaan's voice again and starts shooting up the lobby and anyone firing at them. Crais goes up in the dummy elevator to find Aeryn and Rygel ducks.

Back on board Moya, Stark leaves a message telling them, "Zhaan's voice keeps getting stronger. I know she's trying to reach me and I must discover what she needs to communicate. Please do not waste time trying to look for me. It is vital you take what I have left you to the Crichton on Moya. He, and only he, will know what to do with it. Good-bye my friends. Take care of Aeryn. I will find you again."
