Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The Emperor tells John he's lucky because why?

Answer: He didn't leave the base

John's escape plan foiled by Scorpius, and when Emperor Staleek arrives, John says he and Aeryn were just going to fly up to talk to Grayza about the Peacekeeper's offer for wormholes. Staleek tells John, "I'm glad you didn't. Base defenses have been placed on highest alert. Any non-Scarran vessels will automatically be targeted - and destroyed." He also tells John that the rest of his friends, who were also caught near exits, are under guard for their own "well being."
2. What does John NOT call War Minister Ahkna?

Answer: Miss Daisy

At the beginning, when Staleek orders Ahkna away, John says, "See ya later, sweetheart." Later, Ahkna corners John, telling him his bomb doesn't scare her, and he shoots back, "I'm on the brink of devastation Minnie Pearl," making fun of Ahkna's big hat she's always wearing. And lastly, Ahkna tells John she will let him go free, as long as he leaves Scorpius behind. John tells Aeryn afterward, "I think Lady Macbeth is going to find a way to screw us."
3. What does John reference?

Answer: Bat cave

Scorpius explains why he stopped John and the others from escaping, telling them they would have been destroyed by the Scarrans before they got far and that by now they have gotten control of D'Argo's ship Lo'la and probably know where Moya is. He goes on to say that they need to destroy the Crystherium utilla, that the flowers are very important. John says, "Ah, it better be. That why they're growing it in the Batcave?" Fortress of Solitude is Superman's hideout, Castle Grayskull is He-Man's, and Spider Skull Island is from the cartoon "The Venture Brothers."
4. What setting does Harvey talk to John in?

Answer: Police interrogation

Harvey is dressed like a hoodlum and John is playing the role of the cop asking the tough questions. John learns that Scorpius has no wormhole knowledge, that Harvey was a failsafe, that if John ever betrayed Scorpius, Harvey would set him back to working with him, in this case lying to John that Scorpius had wormhole knowledge so John would go back to rescue him. He also learns that the Scarrans needs the flowers for brain power, and without them, "Your dog could beat [them] at checkers."
5. What is NOT referenced in this episode?

Answer: 2001: A Space Odyssey

John writes "Hi there" on the bomb, which references his love for the movie "Dr. Strangelove, Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb." John and the others ride a drill elevator in an attempt to escape the Crystherium chamber and says to D'Argo, "Do you know how to drive this Wonka-vator?" which harkens back to Gene Wilder in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and the strange elevator ride in it. Lastly, John tells Harvey, "So here we are, Cadaver and Hutch, a team."
6. What problem does NOT pop up for John and the others?

Answer: Moya is captured by the Peacekeepers

John tells Aeryn they are fine as long as he's got the bomb and just at that moment it stops ticking, as the Scarrans have found a way to disarm it remotely. In the chamber, Scorpius shoots at the mother plant but it is shielded and can't be destroyed.

Then the elevator they were going to use to escape was overridden by the Kalish techs. D'Argo tells John, "We couldn't override their override of our override."
7. What prompts Chiana to say to John, "It's all right. You've done worse"?

Answer: Leaves the bomb on the elevator

Down in the Crystherium chamber, the Scarrans are overriding the elevator to go up and send down some Scarrans. When the elevator goes up, John asks Chiana if she got his bomb and when she replies, "What?" he says, "I can't believe it. I left a nuclear bomb in an elevator." Chiana says, "It's all right. You've done worse."
8. What do we learn about Sikozu in this episode?

Answer: She can emit radiation that kills Scarrans

Everyone is trapped in the Crystherium chamber and the Scarrans are coming down to kill them. Sikozu reveals a secret that she hid, saying "I am not like normal Kalish. There are others like me. We are part of a Resistance movement dedicated to overthrowing Scarran domination. We are genetically engineered to kill Scarrans by emitting an intense radiation that specifically destroys their heat-producing gland." John looks around and says, "Did anyone else know about this, or is it just me?" Sikozu floats in the air and glows as the Scarrans enter and the gang hide, and the light kills the Scarrans.

It is revealed she is a bioloid in Part 1 of "We're So Screwed: Fetal Attraction" and that she is a spy in "The Peacekeeper Wars."
9. What does John say he should have done before dropping the bomb down into the Crystherium chamber?

Answer: Taken a vote

The elevator comes up in the Scarran conference room, and Chiana says, "Are we cursed?" Locked up in the elevator and surrounded by Charrids, John drops the bomb down and everyone realizes he must have activated it at some point. Chiana asks if it's going to be a big explosion and John says, "Oh...we should have voted. All in favor - show of hands." John raises his hand, then Aeryn and Scorpius raise theirs. "All opposed." Chiana and D'Argo raise their hands. "3 to 2 - Sikozu abstains." The bomb lands in Captain Jenek's hands who is in the elevator and he reads "Hi there" and is blown to bits, along with the Charrids in the conference room.

The drill elevator shields our heroes.
10. What is NOT one of the endings of this episode?

Answer: Aeryn tells John that the baby has been released from stasis and she's pregnant

D'Argo and Chiana have made up, it seems, and are going at it hard, while Sikozu seduces Scorpius, kissing him, and eventually he kisses back. Stark talks with Pilot, who says it is a pleasure to have him back on board. John lies with Aeryn, disturbed at what he's done, saying, "Everything old is new again. Except the old thing's gettin' really old.

Hey, Honey. Guess what I did at work today? I wore a bomb. A nuclear bomb in a field of flowers... I could get lucky. Tomorrow I could have a bigger bomb. I could kill - more people. Maybe they'll be innocent people. Children. Maybe..." Aeryn strokes his hair while our hero rests his head on her arm.
