Answer: 48

Phoebe got bored of naming states so she named celery instead and got a grand total of one - regular celery. Joey claimed he named 56 states.

2. What were Joey, Ross, Rachel and Phoebe feeding Clunkers the dog in Monica and Chandler's apartment when Monica rang?

Answer: Stuffing

Monica and Chandler were very angry. Phoebe said she didn't have a dog in her room, but then it barked. She said it was her coughing.

She says this twice. Chandler was claiming he was very allergic to dogs, and if he was around them for more than five minutes his throat would close up. When Phoebe revealed the dog had been there for three days, he was forced to reveal that he was scared of dogs. Everyone was shocked.

This is a lie of course, because the girls have smuggled the dog back in, but Chandler feels guilty and goes over to Ross' apartment to collect the dog, bring it back and be a hero in Monica's eyes.

But it isn't there, so when he comes back he apologises to Monica and the girls reveal the dog and say he found his way back home, although Phoebe goes too far. Chandler strokes the dog and seems to be at ease with it.

Ross asks him to try and get his final state. Unfortunately, Ross has already thought of Colorado and says snappily, 'Oh, what use are you!' before going back to his geographically arranged states.
