King Orson's quest for the Holey Pail led him and his band of brave (or, in the case of Wade, not-so-brave) knights to a griffin (an obvious parody of Merv Griffin). While the griffin did have the Pail, he was more willing to eat the group than hand it over to them. Thanks to a clue from the Lady of the Lake, King Orson was able to use a magnet to obtain the Pail and escape the griffin.

After a musical number describing his bugle-playing habits, he almost found himself pulverized by an insomniac bear for the clamor Roy was making. Faced with threats from both sides, Roy was forced to find a way to wake up the farm without also waking the angry bear.

Answer: Mystic Manor

Jon wanted to take Garfield and Odie to Mystic Manor and show them a real spooky time, but the caretaker turned them away, saying that the manor hadn't been opened to tourists in years. Forced to stay elsewhere, the group instead checked into the motel across the street. Everything was fine until Odie chased a bat into Mystic Manor, at which point Garfield had to fetch him, lest Jon follow up on his threat of "no dinner".

Long Jon Arbuckle stole maps belonging to General George Washington from the Endeavor. Thought to be a traitor for over 200 years, Long Jon Arbuckle was really a spy for the American side. The Endeavor had been captured by the British, and, as such, the maps belonging to Washington that Arbuckle stole from the ship had actually been stolen by the British; Arbuckle was simply stealing them back.

The incorrect choices are all real warships from the American Revolution, though the Endeavor is not.

Jon kenneled Garfield and Odie at the Housebreak Hotel, which, while advertised as a luxury hotel for pets, turned out to be a dingy dungeon where the animals were kept in cages and abused until their owners came to get them. Needless to say, Garfield organized a daring escape for himself and the rest of the pets.

Whenever Garfield would show some slides in order to demonstrate a certain type of humor, he would say, "Lights!", indicating that he wanted the lights either lowered or raised. However, every time he said it, various people would attempt to hand him light bulbs. Garfield used this to demonstrate how a running gag can evolve over time, starting off completely unfunny and then gradually becoming funnier the more times the joke is repeated.
