Uchyimada has been trying to get Onizuka fired since "Lesson 3: Late Night Roof Diving". They first met in "Lesson 2: Enter Uchyimada".

Onizuka finally got his class under control by "Lesson 20: Love Letters". Onizuka didn't get the job until the end of "Lesson 2: Enter Unchyimada", and he didn't start getting trouble from the class until "Lesson 4: The Secret Life of Onizuka". "Lesson 33: Search and Rescue" is self-explanatory.

Onizuka didn't have his class until "Lesson 3: Late Night Roof Diving", "Lesson 24: Compromising Positions" is based around Uchyimada spying on Onizuka after he finds out he is tutoring his daughter, and "Lesson 39: Alone in the Dark" is based around Yoshikawa and Anko trying to get out of a cave.

Onizuka meets Yoshikawa in "Lesson 3: Late Night Roof Diving", and saves him when he tries to commit suicide. It is revealed in a later episode that Anko and her friends are the ones doing it to him.

In "Lesson 43: Onizuka's Final Battle", it is revealed why they can't trust teachers. Since it is a major spoiler, I'm not revealing it to you.

She was accused of stabbing a teacher, and her motive was revenge, because one of her friends committed suicide after finding out she was pregnant, and he is, supposedly (to the viewer), to blame.

The Black and Red Dragon Clans are from "Mortal Kombat", while the Red Satan Gang was mentioned only a few times throughout the "Great Teacher Onizuka" series.

Onizuka got Kikuchi on his side at the end of "Lesson 4: The Secret Life of Onizuka" (in that episode, embarrassing photos that were fake were put up, and each of them had Onizuka doing something nobody would be proud of), when he asked him to edit some photos "of an intimate nature".

In Volume 2, Kuneo Murai and his friends try to keep Onizuka (well, only Murai does), from seeing Murai's Mom, who's young and, well, HOT. (She had him when she was 14.) It later turned out that it was part of a Parent/Teacher thing, where Onizuka "dates" his students' single moms.

In Volume 3, after Tomoko is kicked out of Myabi's group (Myabi was her best friend, and Myabi hates her after the end of Volume 2), after a girls underwear mishap that was supposed to be put in Onizuka's locker (so he can get fired), and instead was put in the PE Teacher's Locker, Onizuka helps Tomoko get back on her feet by entering her in a talent competition.

She doesn't win in the end, but it doesn't matter to her now; she is an actress now. (The show devotes itself to that in Volume 7.)

She has a crush on the student she's bullying. It occurs to her during "Lesson 39: Alone in the Dark", and she doesn't admit it until "Lesson 41: Confessions".
