Answer: Punch and Judy

After Josh referred to them as the "Punch and Judy", Donna told him that the citizenry would be comforted to know that he thinks of the economic advisors as a puppet show.
2. Did the President read all of the speech Toby and Will wrote that announced Russell as the new Vice President?

Answer: No

Will was having trouble writing an acceptance speech for Vice President Russell's confirmation so he and Toby wrote a speech that said exactly how they felt about Vice President Russell. On the day of the speech, the President had to come up with his own words after seeing what Toby and Will wrote and never deleted from the speech.
3. When Jai Yung Ahn autographed a CD for the President, he actually wrote "I wish to defect" inside the CD cover.

Before leaving the Oval Office, Jai Yung Ahn autographed some CD's for CJ, Leo, and the President. After Ahn and his guards had left, the President told Leo and CJ that he had written "I wish to defect" on the inside of CD cover.

When Donna and Josh weren't around, Ryan made a call to Congressman Thiele's office did something (unbeknownst to viewers) that made Congressman Thiele vote for Russell as Vice President. After Josh heard the "yeah" vote from Thiele, he thought he had talked the Congressman into it.
10. Did the agreement between the United States and North Korea go through?

Answer: No

The President told CJ after the concert that North Korea didn't like the size of everyone's flags on the table and called off the meeting for the time being. The agreement was why the President didn't want Jai Yung Ahn to defect.
