Mary made it look like she was pregnant when she was playing with her basketball and putting it under her shirt. All Ruthie did was explain how annoyed she was that her "friend" at school stole her story about Aunt Julie being an alcoholic and Eric locking Julie up in a room to "make her all better" because that's how he "solves everything". Matt just talked about how he liked having his own apartment so that he could "entertain his many women friends".

Andrew informs Lucy of this in a letter. While it was true that Andrew's father sent him away to be away from Lucy, now Andrew's not ever going to come back. Poor Lucy!

Unfortunately, the egg gets cracked during the chaos of the Camden house's daily activities. Lucy had insisted that she could handle the assignment, but apparently she couldn't.

Lucy was actually confronting Eric and Annie, but Annie is the person who seemed most concerned about the incident. Lucy tried approaching her parents, but they'd say "not now," and she had to bring it about a bit harshly. Her quote was a follows: "Fine. If you don't care if she saw you having SEX, why should I?"

Simon chooses to make Norton and his "pimp" friends apologize in a "cooler" environment than his parents' house, so he goes over to Matt's apartment. Unfortunately for Simon, Matt feels the same way as Annie and Eric do when it comes to the way those kids treat women, and wouldn't be any more lenient on Simon.

At the last second, Simon and Matt realize that they've told Heather and Simon's "friends" to meet them at Matt's apartment at the same time, and they end up attacking Heather, because they didn't realize that she was deaf.

Answer: Ruthie bribed them with cookies

Every time Ruthie came in their eyeshot, the twins would start saying "Momma" over and over again, and as long as Annie wasn't in the room Ruthie would give Sam and David a cookie each. Like pets, they knew what to do in order to get what they wanted- in this case cookies! Simon caught Ruthie, though, and told his mother what was going on.

This episode ("Kiss") is also the first episode the Brino quadruplets are credited in, as they actually did some "acting" when it comes down to it. However, it was Zachary and Lorenzo Brino that were credited in this episode. Nikolas and Lorenzo Brino are the twins in all future starring roles, as they started to all look different (they're fraternal quadruplets) and had to be played by consistent people. Nikolas is David, and Lorenzo is Sam. The fourth quadruplet was a girl named Miranda, but was also used as one of the twins in earlier episodes.

No one suspects Simon, and pretty much everyone assumes that Robbie is lying when he says that the wallet isn't his. Mary gets the truth out of Robbie when she's talking to him, also convinced that the condom was his. Robbie then admits that the condom was his, at one point.

But he gave it to Simon. Why? Simon asked for a condom, because Simon was worried that Sasha may want to have sex, and Simon wasn't sure yet what he would do if it became an issue. (They don't have sex.)

Answer: Virgin Camden

Simon doesn't like being called "Virgin Camden" and more then he liked being called "Preacher Boy" in numerous previous episodes. In the season 8 episode "Go Ask Alice", Cecilia gets upset with Martin for letting rumors fly that the two of them (Martin and Cecilia) had actually had sex, and Simon brought up his "Virgin Camden" experience again.

Answer: Annie has an illegitimate half-sister

When Charles was 17 (not 18) he had sex with his girlfriend. She was never seen again, and in those times, that wasn't that unusual. It was assumed that the girl was pregnant. Evidently, she was, as Lily, Annie's newfound half-sister, had been recently orphaned and had tracked down her birth father. Charles had to admit this mistake of his past to Annie and this truly upset Annie.
