Alyssa Milano from "Who's the Boss" and "Charmed" plays the role of Billie Cunningham. Originally Earl met Billie while he was in prison, when she was dating Frank and was in training to be a nurse. After Earl got out of jail, Billie accidentally ran him over with her car. While in a coma Earl was living in a strange sitcom dream world where Billie was his wife and all was happy and good. After he woke up Earl found Billie, and married her.
Joy had tricked Earl into marriage by getting him intoxicated, that marriage ended in divorce. To fix list number 51 "slept with Ralph's mom" Earl married Lorraine Mariano, that marriage was annulled. Earl believed that karma was responsible for his marriage to Billie.
Billie turns out to not be what Earl expected (based on his coma world) and they do not get along. Billie wants him to shave his mustache off. She attempts a list of her own but doesn't make any real effort with it. Earl starts avoiding Billie who is getting increasingly frustrated with his list, so she informs Earl he has to choose the list or her. Earl believes that karma is what is making Billie mad at him so he chooses his list. He believes that the more he crosses off karma will make Billie nicer. Billie is not happy with this so she steals the list and starts undoing it. She then runs off and joins the Camdenites, vowing revenge on Earl.
Billie had graduated from community college, trained to be a nurse, been a thief, tried being good but with the Camdenites she finally found a place that she feels she belongs. There she learned to forgive Earl. This marriage too ends in divorce, but Billie gave him a $72000 check so he can continue doing his list. Saying that karma may not have wanted them together but it did want him to have a reward.

Answer: "Estrada or Nada"

Henry Enrique "Erik" Estrada played Officer Francis "Ponch" Poncherello on "Chips" and guest stars as himself on "My Name is Earl." Randy was watching TV, and a commercial came on advertising for contestants for the new reality TV show "Estrada or Nada" where contestants could challenge Estrada to any competition they could think of.
Early in their marriage Joy wanted to be on "Fear Factor" but Earl destroyed her tape. He believes that by getting Joy to appear on "Estrada or Nada" he can cross off list number 31 "ruined Joy's chance of being on TV."
After Joy's performance at the audition, the witness relocation program agents came and took Darnell, Joy and the kids away. Meanwhile Earl manages to get Joy another chance on the show. Darnell helps her return for the show saying this was her last chance to be Joy.
Estrada and Joy are well matched which results in several ties. They sing, dance around; Estrada plays the kazoo while a cannon ball is shot at his stomach. They speak Hebrew while dressing a dog, breath fire, make music from wine glasses, and finally answer a question about Ohio. Joy is finally declared the winner, with Estrada saying she reminds him of a younger him.

Answer: He died in the American/Canadian War

Danny Glover probably best known for playing Detective Roger Murtaugh in the "Lethal Weapon" movies plays Thomas Monrow, Darnell's father, in the episode "My Name is Alias."
Darnell, Joy and the kids are still in the witness protection program when his father came looking for him. He handcuffs Earl to a bomb, and later handcuffs Randy too (the bomb turns out to be a fake) in an attempt to get them to tell him where Darnell is. Thomas just wants to find his son, he admits he was a very good covert government agent but a poor father.
Earl says that Darnell told him that his father died during the American/Canadian war. Thomas replies nope and suggests that Earl should read more.
Earl, Randy and Thomas go and find Darnell, eventually all is made right between Darnell and his dad. As a result Darnell, Joy and the kids can now leave the witness protection program and live without worrying about being found.
Darnell had also told Joy that his father was dead, but that he had died during a freak Ferris wheel accident.

Answer: Jason Priestley

As a child Earl auditioned for a modeling job for a backpack catalogue. He lost out to his cousin Blake, who when photographed could keep his eyes open, Earl couldn't. Since then Earl has been jealous of his cousin. Jason Priestley plays Blake in "Earl and Joy's Anniversary" (season 4, episode 10) for Joy and Earl's one year anniversary Randy planned a surprise party. He invited all the people from Joy's address book not knowing that was her "little black book." Nothing goes right and then Cousin Blake shows up.
Earl tries to cause a distraction by setting a garbage can in the bathroom on fire but there are killer bees outside and no one can go outside. Blake tells Joy that he would protect her. According to Earl, Blake has it all, he is better than Earl, still modeling, has money and manages to stay cavity free. The bees get inside the Crabshack, and big brave Blake shoves Joy out of his way, Earl kills a bee with a corn-dog stick.
Some of the other people on Randy's bail Joy out list (from the episode "Jump for Joy") are Donald Trump, The Watsons, Richie Rich, The Beverly Hillbillies, The Jeffersons and The Jetsons, the Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Cruella Deville.
The most creative way to get someone to arrive at the right time for their surprise party has to be Randy's idea. He had left a note for Joy and Earl saying that he felt guilty for causing them to fight, so at 3pm he was going to kill himself at the Crabshack.

Back before Earl created the list, he was a thief. During a heat wave Randy and Earl were stealing from houses that had air conditioning. One such place was Woody's, who thought that he knew Randy and Earl. He even offered to make them sandwiches. So they stole slowly, leaving the air conditioner for last, and once they took that there was no reason to go back.
After Earl wrote the list, Camden once again is having a heat wave, which reminds Earl of list number 26 "robbed a stoner blind." To make amends Earl decides to return the air conditioner. Finding Woody, played by Christian Slater, living in the environmentally friendly, no electricity, self-sufficient Sunshine Collective. They agree to spend a week living there.
Christian Slater plays a convincing stoner and equally convincing environmentalist. He is thrilled with Earl and his list, and manages to convince Earl to be more environmentally friendly.

Answer: Seth Green

Known for playing the roles of Oz in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," Chris Griffin from "Family Guy" and Scott Evil in the Austin Power movies, Seth Green appeared in the episode "The Magic Hour" (season 4, episode 1) as Buddy Zaks/Max.
Buddy was a make a wish child who never got his wish completed because Earl stole his horse. After Earl wrote his list, he assumed that Buddy had died but he was still determined to make amends. He went to explain to Buddy's mom and discovered Buddy was still alive and an extreme movie buff. Buddy explains that he spent ninety-five percent of his teenage years sick in bed, and had to do something, watching movies passed the time. To cross Buddy off his list Earl agrees to produce Buddy's giant squid movie. Max is the main character, and he gets to rescue the president, be in the CIA, gets the girl and saves the day. Seth Green also plays Max.
Turns out that Buddy's cancer had returned and he died before the movie premier. Buddy's mother explained that by making the movie Earl made all of Buddy's dreams come true, and he could now cross Buddy off his list.

Answer: Betty White

Betty White who looks nothing like Rose from "Golden Girls" plays Mrs Grizelda Weezmer, the crazy witch lady of Camden. She is also Patty the daytime hooker's mother.
"Witch Lady" (season 4, episode 21) is based on list number 186 "was mean to the crazy witch lady." When Earl was a teenager, Mrs Weezmer objected to him riding his bike across her lawn, so to retaliate, Earl convinced everyone she was a witch and she ended up being tazered.
Years later, Earl feels bad, so he has to apologize and try to make amends. She agrees and invites Earl to come for tea, where she drugs him and tosses him into the basement. Next she tricks Randy with the promise of peanuts, and he too ends up in the basement. After that it seems like all of Camden ends up in the basement, Kenny and Stuart, Joy, then Darnell, Catalina (who came voluntary because Mrs Weezmer reminded her of her aunt and she was trying so hard) and finally Patty.
Mrs Weezmer comes down and says she has decided to kill one of them to make room for others, but she will let them decide who. Which starts an argument and name calling. Earl again gives one of his speeches about how if you label someone they eventually will become that label. Mrs Weezmer became the crazy witch lady because they gave her that label. Earl convinced that she won't kill anyone, hugs her. Mrs Weezmer does stab Earl and he screams out "crazy witch lady stabbed me." Turns out she really is crazy, and is sent to a "mentally fragile" home.
Betty White is the clear star of this episode, and manages to get off a few memorable lines. Including after she tosses her daughter (Patty) in the basement, she tells her to stop smoking because there will be no smoking under her roof or under her kitchen floor.

Answer: Rosanne

Rosanne from the "Rosanne" show plays trailer park supervisor Millie Banks. Season 2 episode 6 (and list number 12) "Made a Lady Think I was God" Earl, Randy and Joy decide to get even with Millie after she gives them a noise violation ticket. They were communicating with walkie talkies and Millie's hearing aid picked it up. Millie thought it was God talking to her. Earl orders her to rip up the citations, and to make "yummy desserts, but not carrot cake." Millie then moves to a convent and becomes a nun, where she is called "The Lord Whisperer."
After Earl tracks her down and explains it wasn't God but was him, Millie returns to the trailer park and is meaner than before. To cross her off his list, he believes he has to make her nice again, and thinking she was happiest as a nun, he tries to show her another miracle. His plan was to turn water into wine, but before Millie could see the wine, someone in the trailer park drank it. The next plan was for Joy blow-torching Jesus' face into a grilled cheese sandwich. Instead Earl gives Millie the you were happier as a nun speech. All is forgiven; Millie is nice again and she returns to the convent.
One of the funnier parts of this episode was when the trio was playing with Millie, Earl told her to get her gold and silver and give it to the blond lady with the nice butt (Joy) saying that he might be God, but still a male and notices these things.

Answer: Burt Reynolds

Burt Reynolds (Smokey and the Bandit) plays Richard "Big" Chubby. He appeared in 3 episodes "Dodge's dad," "Two Balls, Two Strikes" and "Jump for Joy."
Big Chubby owned most of Camden (dry cleaners, strip club and the restaurant) and was widely disliked. Many considered him a mean, twisted and cruel man.
Big Chubby carries a gun filled with vodka, and would find it humorous when he pointed and fired it at people. While intoxicated he accidentally mixed up guns, he was trying to drink from his vodka gun but instead ended up shooting himself in the head.
In the episode "Jump for Joy" Earl says "if he was poor we'd call him crazy but since he was rich we called him sir." When he died, Big Chubby made his funeral mandatory for his employees, and even scheduled the funeral during their unpaid lunch break.
Norm Macdonald does and amazing job of playing Little Chubby, his mannerisms, facial expressions, mustache, speech patterns and the way he was dressed was a perfect match to Burt Reynolds.

Answer: Duane Chapman

Duane "The Dog" Chapman, who has his own show "Dog the Bounty Hunter" appeared in episode 23 from season 2 "The Trial." He went to Mexico to recapture Joy and return her to Camden to stand trial.
Joy was on her third strike (she would go to jail for life, and according to Joy that would be forever because look at her hand she has a long lifeline) so she ran away and ended up in Mexico.
A very pregnant Joy is now working as a waitress, and in comes Dog who walks right past her. Joy gets very excited that Dog the Bounty Hunter is there. She tells him that she is his biggest fan, and starts to introduce herself that's when Dog handcuffs her. She is arrested for bail jumping and interstate flight to avoid prosecution. As a notable guest star on "My Name is Earl" Dog is by himself, his wife, Beth, isn't there, nor is any other member of his crew.
