In "Good Cop, Bad Cop" Tony and McGee dump a bunch of paper work on Ziva's desk. Then Gibbs walks in, hands her approved application to become an agent and says, "Get to work, Probie."

Answer: Autopsy Gremlin

If you were thinking, "Hey it's Black Lung!" that was his code name...not his nickname. When Tony calls him Autospy Gremlin I always laugh...that could be because I just like saying it, Autopsy Gremlin...Autopsy Gremlin...Autopsy....Ok I'll shut up now Boss.

Tiva is what people call Tony/Ziva and Ziver is a name Gibbs calls her...though some think it's Mark Harmon's Midwest accent coming through. I think of it as a pet name.

According to Jesse Stern (writer for "NCIS") this nickname came from a conversation with Pauley Perette (aka Abby). It's poetic justice that they had Abby give it to McGee.
