Michael purposely went into the bank with the intention of committing a crime, although he didn't do anything wrong he still discharged a weapon in the bank thus ensuring him a ticket into Fox River.
2. Abruzzi was sentenced to 120 years, what crime did he commit to get such a hefty sentence?

Answer: Two counts murder and two counts conspiracy to murder

Abruzzi is inside for both murder and conspiracy to murder. It was because of Fibonacci that Abruzzi is incarcerated as Fibonacci was the man who told the police what Abruzzi and his men were up to, and so Abruzzi was imprisoned.

Answer: He needed the money to get a ring for Maricruz

The first time he robbed the shop was so he could take her on a date. He robbed the shop a second time to get money to get Maricruz a ring so he could propose to her, but unfortunately for him what he didn't realise was his cousin Hector was fond of Maricruz and phoned the police and got Sucre sent to prison.

C-note was driving a very large van which obviously held something illegal, this happened to be stolen goods and as he was driving down a quiet street the police pulled him over. Then we see him telling his wife and daughter that he's getting shipped back out when in reality he gets sent to Fox River.

Answer: $300,000

The card was worth $300,000 but when Tweener stole the card he didn't realise that it was worth anything as he said that hoops were his sport, but the judge slapped him with grand larceny and gave him five years.

Answer: His parents

Haywire was incarcerated for the murder of both of his parents, he walked into their bedroom with a shotgun and shot them both while they slept.

Lincoln went to the garage with the intention of killing Terrence Steadman although he didn't pull the trigger as the man was already slumped over the steering wheel with a bullet wound in his neck. Presumably already dead.

Westmoreland's alias is D.B Cooper, the crimes he committed were Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking, Vehicular Invasion, Involuntary Manslaughter and Reckless Homicide. Who would have thought that of nice old Charles Westmoreland!
