Later on, at the dentist, Peter figures it out, sits up, and yells out that it means he can go see KISS. He is getting a cavity drilled at the time, however, and the dentist stabs himself in the eye with the drill after bobbling it.

Meg doesn't want to stay home while Peter and Lois go to KISS; she thinks it will be painful. Peter tells her it won't be as painful as a tire iron upside her head.

When the plane lands, Stewie and Brian realize they mistakenly boarded a plane bound for the Middle East instead of London. They perform a song and dance in order to distract a camel salesman so they can steal a camel for transportation. The particular line this question refers to is one of the many "gay jokes" in the series, as Stewie so kindly points out.

While on their way through the desert, Brian and Stewie's camel collapses and dies from exhaustion. Brian says it is getting cold out, and they will have to slice open the camel's abdomen and climb inside to get warm. Stewie does so, and promptly vomits out of extreme disgust. Brian then looks off to the side and sees a conveniently located Comfort Inn not more than a couple hundred meters away.

After Lois messes up Peter's favorite KISS lyric at the concert, Peter and Lois are driving down the road. Peter says that he is obligated to keep loving Lois, so he will take his rage out on his own body. He then stops at Denny's.

At Denny's Peter and Lois meet KISS, who have stopped off for dinner as well. Peter wants to leave at first, but Lois recognizes KISS (now that they are without makeup). As it turns out, she slept with them around the time of the band's origin. After some friendly banter, Lois and Peter are invited to KISS's recording session the following month in Boston.

When Stewie arrives at the set when the show is off the air, he finds the actors in the animal suits are ugly, and Mother Maggie is incredibly rude and has a horrendously raspy voice. He is upset, and Brian offers to take Stewie to use Mother Maggie's shoes as a toilet to help cheer him up.
