Answer: no

It turns out they didn't win the lottery, and that Dan died when he had the heart attack. Roseanne made up the whole winning of the lottery, and it was revealed in the last episode. Also revealed was that Jackie was a lesbian, not Bev and Roseanne had switched out her daughters' husbands. Darlene was with Mark and Becky with David.
