Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Although all "All Stars" seasons feature returning queens, how many of this season's contestants previously appeared as contestants on an earlier "All Stars" season?

Answer: Two

Just like in "All Stars 4", Ru chose to bring back two queens that had been seen previously in the poorly-received "All Stars 1" season but unlike that earlier set, the re-returning pair was not previously combined a la Manila Luzon and Latrice Royale.

Instead, Jujubee and Alexis Mateo joined a cast of old and new queens to round out a group of ten. Notably, the ten queens this time around were divided by old-school and new-school with five of the queens coming from the show's first three seasons and five coming from seasons 8 through 10.
2. In the first week of competition, Ru informed the queens that for their Lipsyncs for their Legacies, they would be facing off against who of these?

Answer: Lipsync assassins

Once the ten queens were pulled into the workroom for introductions, RuPaul informed them that new rules would apply to the game, some of which they wouldn't be aware of until they hit the runway, so while they all took part in the customary All Star Talent Show, they weren't aware that All Star Rules would be shelved permanently.

Instead of two queens Lipsyncing for their Legacy, only one would, but they would go head-to-head against a Lipsync Assassin known for their prowess on the main stage. If the competing queen one, their nomination would be eliminated however, since this would be a 'RuMocracy', all other queens could vote to eliminate one of the bottom contenders, and if the Lipsync Assassin won, then that queen would go home instead.

In the first week, India Ferrah won the challenge and faced off against Yvie Oddly (who won); the queens collectively sent Derrick Barry home.
3. In week two, the nine queens had to write and perform their own lyrics to a song made in what style?

Answer: Sappy love song

As three groups of three queens, the contestants spent week two developing lyrics to accompany the track "I'm in Love", a sappy song about celebrity crushes. In those groups of three they also had to develop choreography for their performance, taking to the main stage when all was said and done. Ultimately, Shea Coulee won this week and faced off against Alyssa Edwards, the Lipsync Assassin, on the mainstage to "Neutron Dance" by The Pointer Sisters.

Shea ended up winning this and a stacked $20,000 tip.

She ended up siding with the group and sent Ongina packing.
4. For their third challenge, the queens split into groups to create which of these?

Answer: Hotel suites

Mirroring the design-a-club challenge from "All Stars 4", the remaining eight queens split into uneven groups to design their own themed hotel suites in this episode, developing not only the room aesthetic, but presenting it in a tour with their judges for the week. Blair St. Clair and Mayhem Miller we selected as having the best room, but Jujubee won this week after a 3-in-1-look runway presentation, taking her first challenge win of her "RuPaul's Drag Race" career.

She faced off against Monet X Change for the lipsync and failed to take the win; the group sent Mariah Paris Ballenciaga home this time.
5. At the end of the fourth week, the Lipsync resulted in a tie and both of the bottom queens were at risk of going home. Who ended up getting eliminated?

Answer: Mayhem Miller

The fourth week of the competition featured an improv challenge in which the queens split into teams to duke it out on a fake tabloid show called 'SheMZ'. Miz Cracker ended up winning after a camouflage-themed runway and faced off against Lipsync Assassin Morgan McMichaels (who previously appeared in season 2 and "All Stars 3"). Both ended up winning the lipsync, causing the uncomfortable situation of a possible double-elimination.

Unfortunately, everyone (including Mayhem) nominated to have Mayhem leave the competition, so she did.
6. 'Snatch Game of Love', this season, saw the return of what frequently-used impersonation?

Answer: Eartha Kitt

'Snatch Game of Love' was on deck for the fifth week and the final six queens had to bring out their best celebrity impersonations for the main challenge featuring guest judges Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman and Tommy Dorfman. This season, impersonations included Lady Gaga, Walter Mercado, Jeffree Star, Ellen DeGeneres, Eartha Kitt, and Flava Flav.

Although half of the queens excelled in this challenge, Shea Coulee was given her second win of the season, heading into the Lipsync for her Legacy against Vanessa Vanjie Mateo.

At this point in the competition, all other queens were up for elimination though Shea, winning the lipsync, sent home India Ferrah after her fourth time in the bottom.
7. The sixth episode featured the ball challenge for this season. How many looks did the queens create from scratch?

Answer: Two

While other seasons have seen balls with three looks, each meeting different theme expectations, this season pitted the final five against each other to create two brand-new looks in two days, the first being a 'Country Cousin Realness' look accompanied by a narrative to tie their characters into the Charles family festivities and the second being 'Backyard Ball Eleganza' featuring a high fashion look.

In both cases, the queens had to create garments using items provided, all of which would have made sense to find at a backyard BBQ. Miz Cracker won this challenge, facing off against Roxxxy Andrews for the lipsync (and losing). Alexis Mateo was sent home regardless of the lipsync winner, leaving four.
8. The penultimate challenge of the competition saw the final four test their chops in which of these types of challenges?

Answer: Stand-up comedy

Although the previous "All Stars" seasons put four contestants into the running for the final episode (often for the music video challenge), this season ended off with a final three, so one more queen needed to sashay away at the end of this seventh challenge, a stand-up comedy show built from scratch with each queen putting up their material. Miz Cracker won this challenge as well, facing off against Lipsync Assassin Kennedy Davenport on the main stage. Cracker won this one, sending Blair St. Clair home in fourth place heading into the finale.
9. The final three performed vocals and dance moves for what new RuPaul track?

Answer: Clap Back

The final challenge of the competition took all of the queens' skills to eke out and it happened across several stages. All three finalists, after reuniting with the eliminated queens, had to visit RuPaul and Michelle on the "What's the Tee?" podcast before hitting the main stage with Todrick Hall to learn choreography for the dance they would be performing to RuPaul's new track "Clap Back".

They also had to record their own verses for the song, in-studio, that they would need to perform.
10. Which queen won "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 5"?

Answer: Shea Coulee

After their performance, the final three queens were brought before the judging panel in their All Star Eleganza. To cap off the season, all three were asked to perform a Lipsync for the Crown to Janelle Monáe's "Make Me Feel" to assist in the final deliberations.

In the end, Ru chose to grant Shea Coulee the spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame, awarding her the custom crown and sceptre, the $100,000 cash prize, and a year's supply of make-up from Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics.
