It translates to "Ah - every time I touch you, my heart pounds." 'Mune' is a more physical heart than one that would pound because of love. 'Karada' is body, and it doesn't make much sense for your 'koe,' voice, to pound, does it?

'Towa no Mirai' is the ending theme for the "Kenshin" movie, and I don't know who performed it. The Yellow Monkey performed 'Tactics.'
