In the end of the second season, we are shown when Angel (Liam)is first made into a vampire. He meets Darla down a dark alleyway in Ireland and when she promises to show him the world, she tells him to 'Close your eyes.'

This is probably one of the saddest episodes of Buffy ever; Buffy goes to kill Angel, but Willow tries to restore Angel's soul so she won't have to kill him. However, the message to Buffy doesn't get to her, so she doesn't know the spell was going to work, or at least being attempted. Angel opens the portal to hell before he gets his soul back, so Buffy has to kill him.

The problem is, Angel gets his soul back just as she's about to kill him, so she wasn't killing Angelus, she was killing Angel. 'Close your eyes'.

Faith (in Buffy's body) is first seen in this scene on Joyce's bed, ordering a plane ticket off of one of Joyce's credit cards. Then Joyce comes in and Faith gets up quickly, walking over to the dresser. She asks if she could borrow a lipstick (the harlot), and Joyce mentions that it was the one Faith chose. She then told Joyce to 'Burn it'.

They first acquire Snyder at the Bronze, when they see all the adults acting crazy (at least in their point of view), and he jumps into the car when they drive away to find their parents. This is also the memorable episode when Giles and Joyce have sex on the hood of a police car.

Buffy is lured away to fight Angelus, and Willow attempts to do the restoration spell. However, things go bad when some of Angelus' goons come to get Giles. Willow tries to run, but a bookcase gets pushed over onto her. This is also the scene where Drusilla kills Kendra with her fingernail.

From 'What's My Line, Part 2', Oz takes a bullet for Willow, and when she tries to thank him, he diverts her attention with the animal cracker that he's eating.

Buffy really hurts Glory, but since Glory was a god, she couldn't kill her. Then Glory turns back into her human form, and Buffy goes to find Dawn. Giles comes to Ben then, and realising that if she/he was not killed, she/he would come back and kill Buffy, so he cuts off the oxygen to Ben's nose and mouth, suffocating him, therefore killing Glory as well.

Xander says this in the first season episode 'The Pack', where he and four other students become possessed by hyenas. In this episode, Xander also takes part in eating a live pig, but when the other four students are sent to Principal Flutie's office for eating the pig, it's a good thing that he wasn't there - they ate him (Principal Flutie). Of course, it's not so good that the reason he wasn't there is because he was trying to rape Buffy - so she hit him with a desk.

The Scoobies believe that some sort of fish monster is eating them, but it turns out that the coach is feeding them steroids trough the steam in the steam room, and that is causing them to become fish. Xander says this when he came out of the locker room to find Buffy waiting; he had been watching Gage, a swimmer on the team, because Buffy believed he would be the next one to be skinned.
