Gilliardi seemed to be really ruthless and vicious when we first met him at the beginning of the series, but he is nothing compared to Mitzi!

This scene makes the audience think that Mitzi is going to be the fatality of the episode, because she looks as though she is having a heart attack. However, it is just heartburn, and she, unfortunately, lives to see another day.
