Missouri Moseley was the psychic the boys go to in the episode Home when they are looking into strange activity in their old home. During the episode, Missouri really seems to have it in for Dean with lines like, "You put your foot on my coffee table I'm gunna whack you with a spoon" and "Well, whatcha waiting for boy, get the mop... and don't cuss at me." She really ends up helping the boys out in the end.

Answer: Meg Masters

Nicki Aycox played the young blonde, Meg Masters, who was really possessed by the Yellow Eyed Demon's daughter, a female demon. In later episodes she also possesses Sam, forcing Dean to choose between killing his brother or not. She is a real thorn in the boy's sides for quite a few episodes over the two seasons, sending her to hell more than once.

When the boys first met Gordon in Bloodlust, he was just another hunter, who Dean took an immediate liking to. Sam was not as trusting, and his instincts were right when Gordon confessed he killed his own sister after she was turned into a vampire. He was willing to kill anything evil, and that included a vampire nest who had no desire to hurt humans. Dean finally battled him and won while Sam got the vampires out of town.

He would also come back in the episode Hunted and try to kill Sam after finding out he was supposed to turn evil.

In the end he was finally arrested.

Answer: Jo Harvell

Alona Tal was first brought in to play Jo Harvell. The first response from most viewers was dislike. They didn't like the idea of a possible love interest with Dean and her. Some over the episodes have warmed up to her. She is still not a favourite character and it is unclear what will happen with her in future episodes.

She is part of the roadhouse crew, so named by the Supernatural fans. She is the daughter of Ellen Harvell who runs a saloon where hunters like to hang out. It's where Sam, Dean, Ellen, Ash, and Jo all first met.

Sam took a liking to the woman named Madison. He even fought with Dean to stay with her. They then found out that she was actually a werewolf killing members of a town. Sam was not willing to give her up and tried desperately to save her. They thought a method, their dad thought up, worked and Sam got in bed with her.

In the end, they discovered she was still a werewolf and there was no cure. After much difficulty, and even a tear from Dean, Sam finally put a bullet in her heart. This experience hurt Sam a lot, bringing back the pain when he lost Jessica, his girlfriend.

Once known for her role of the show, The Exorcist, Linda Blair came into the Show Supernatural at Detective Diana Ballard. She and her partner would be the two cops to finally arrest Sam and Dean. She was then told about the Supernatural after Dean confessed that a spirit could be haunting the town.

She wanted to know more after strange bruises on her wrist appeared. In the end she ended up killing her partner, who was the one killing everyone and helped the boys escape. Dean even made a reference to the exorcist by saying he was craving pea soup.

Djinns are also known in some cultures as genies, or wish granters. The djinn was the supernatural creature responsible for sending Dean to an alternate reality. Its hand would glow when it was going to grant someone's wish. In reality, the thing would dose someone and leave them hanging, almost dreaming of another world.

It would then drain the victim's blood over a period of time and that victim would perish. Dean was in that situation before Sam finally came to the rescue.

Special Agent Henricksen has been after the boys for a while, surprised by their record. He finally gets to talk to them in Nightshifter when he talks badly to Dean about John. He then meets the boys in Folsom Prison Blues where the boys purposely get arrested to get a hunt done for a friend. Henrickson will be back in the 3rd season to cause more mischief for the boys.

Answer: Samantha Smith

Samantha Smith plays Sam and Dean's mother. In the first episode she was burned on the ceiling by the Yellow Eyed Demon. In a later episode, All Hell Breaks Loose, we find out that she actually knew that demon from her past. She also appeared in the episode What Is and What Should Never Be when Dean went to an alternate reality.

Bobby has been a long friend of the Winchesters, ever since John started hunting. He has been a reliable ally and a great asset to the supernatural world. The boys go to him on many occasions like in Devil's Trap when he helps the boys with the demon who possesses Meg Masters. So far he hasn't died and I will be glad to see him again in Season 3 of Supernatural, starting October 4th.
