After Joey finds out that Monica's not really going to get a boob job he says, "What!? I'm out four-thousand dollars and nobody's boobs are getting bigger!?".

Rachel jumps in and says, "And don't be surprised if her hands and feet get bigger too!" Chandler said, "They do that!?" Monica then said, "It's kind of a package deal."
