"Seeing Red" was the only episode that showed Tara as one of the regulars in the opening credits. Ironically, this is the episode that she died. She had been on the show since the middle of the fourth season, but she was always listed as a guest star.

Then Willow looks up with her face all wet and her teeth bared and her eyes are completely black then they turn completely red.
