I laugh every time I watch this episode.
Prue casts this spell to see how Andy would really feel about her being a witch. However, she doesn't realize that Phoebe and Piper just walked in the house when she casts it. The other half of the spell reads "Those who are now in this house" made it to where all 3 sisters were affected by the spell.

Paige also casts this spell in season 5 in the episode "Necromancing The Stone" for the same reason that Prue does.

If you remember correctly in the episode "Pre-Witched" a Familiar named Shadow betrays his witch and turns into a warlock that can be vanquished 9 times, and after the ninth time he is immortal. However, The Charmed Ones find a loop hole and vanquish him by casting a spell to make him feel the pain of 9 deaths at one time.

The other Familiar of course is Kit, they find this out in the episode "Cat House" when Kit/Katrina comes to them for help because a warlock is after her.

The evil being I am asking you about would be the warlock, Bacarra.

"Hell Hath No Fury"
This was the funniest part of the episode. Later on during this episode Piper turns into a Fury or as Phoebe called them "The dog-faced women from hell". Paige helps Piper turn back to herself.
