Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In the episode "Fred's New Boss", Mr. Slate hires Barney as Executive Vice President in Charge of Production. Why does Slate hire Barney for that position?

Answer: Because Barney is his nephew

In that episode Barney gets laid off from his original job, so Wilma suggests that Fred ask Mr. Slate if he could hire Barney. When Fred asked him he said no, but Fred didn't have the heart to tell Barney so he kept it a secret. Then when Barney went to work the next day at the Quarry Slate realized that Barney was his nephew and immediately hired him as Executive Vice President in Charge of Production.
2. Did Fred ever cause Barney to go invisible?

Answer: Yes

Yes Fred actually caused Barney to go invisible in the episode "Invisible Barney". In the beginning of that episode Barney has a terrible case of hiccups so Betty says for him to go to the doctor. He goes over to Fred's house to ask him for a ride to the Doctor's office. Fred says that he can cure Barney's hiccups himself. First he popped a bag to try and scare Barney, but it only made the hiccups worse. So Fred gave Barney some liquid. Barney started to shake and all the sudden he turned invisible.

After Barney went invisible Fred tried to make him visible again by giving many mixtures of things, but they had no effect. So Fred decided to take Barney to the bowling alley so they could think. Fred saw his bowling rival Blowhard Sandstone. Fred never beat Blowhard in a game before, but with Barney's help he could. So Fred took the challenge and of course beat Blowhard easily with Barney's help.

After Fred bowled he took Barney to the Doctor where they also didn't get any help. So they went back home and decided they would have to confess to Betty and Wilma what happened.

While Fred and Barney were walking up to Fred's house Barney all the sudden became visible again. Fred decided his formula must wear off after a while.
3. In the episode "The Twitch", what was the singer Fred hired to perform at Wilma's ladies benefit?

Answer: Rock Roll

In this episode Wilma tells Fred that she can't find anyone to perform at her ladies benefit for thirty dollars. Fred insists that he can find someone to perform for that amount. When Fred tries to hire someone he only finds a bunch of deadwood acts.

When he got home he was going to tell Wilma the bad news until she said "I told you, you couldn't book an act for that amount". So Fred said that he had hired an act for free. When Wilma asked who he got, Fred said he was saving it as a surprise until after dinner.

He went over and sat on the couch and turned on the TV. On it was the Ed Sullistone Show with guest star Rock Roll. When Wilma kept on asking him who he got Fred pointed to the TV and said" him that's who, I got Rock Roll, now will you get off my back"? After Fred told Wilma that lie he and Barney went over to Rock Roll's hotel and begged him on hands and knees to perform for free at the benefit until he finally agreed to do it.

At the end Rock lost his voice and gave a copy of his album, wig and his guitar so that Fred could take his place. Fred of course did it and convinced everyone he was Rock Roll.
4. What is the real name of the episode that Pebbles was born in?

Answer: The Blessed Event

Answer: Yes

6. What place did Fred and Wilma renew their vows?

Answer: Rock Mountain Inn

Fred and Wilma went there to renew their wedding vows, but got info from the supposed Justice of the Peace that their marriage wasn't legal in the first place. It turned out he was only tricking Fred and Wilma, their marriage was legal after all.
