1. Which species has characteristically grey skin with the females having grey/white hair and the males having black hair?

Answer: Nebari

The most well-known of the Nebari is the young Chiana. Chiana and the Nebari were introduced in the episode "Durka Returns" in season one. The government of Nebari Prime, called The Establishment, uses a technique called mind-cleansing on their own citizens as well as other species to ensure conformity and to spread their control. Episodes featuring Nebari other than Chiana are; "Durka Returns,""A Clockwork Nebari," and "Fractures."

2. With faces covered in yellow fluid and boils, this species isn't going to be winning any Uncharted Territories beauty pageant anytime soon. This species believes in justice and extreme punishment as well as being known as major weapons dealers.

Answer: Plokavians

The Plokavians were the race of aliens seen in the season two episode "An Ugly Truth." After a confrontation with one of the Plokavians ships and Talyn, the crew of Moya found themselves suspects of murder. Stark has a personal distrust of the Plokavians, due to their weapons dealing, many planets had become enslaved, including Stark's own.

3. This race has an integral part in the ending of the war between the Scarrans and the Peacekeepers. They are unique in that they have an empathic gland which is revealed when their faces are opened. The ancients of this species once inspired peace through reason and rationality.

Answer: Eidelons

Eidelons were first seen in the episode "What Was Lost: Resurrection," after the crew of Moya help in destabilizing the magnetic storms on the planet Arnesk. The ancients of the Eidelon race were suspended in time on Arnesk, and once the Darnaz Triangle was put back into place, the ancients were awakened.

The Eidelons were not seen again until the season four finale, "Bad Timing" when one of the Eidelons of the planet Qujaga mistook Aeryn and John as enemies and vaporized them. During the "Peacekeeper Wars" mini-series, the Eidelons return and fans learn that the descendants of the Eidelons seen in"What Was Lost: Resurrection"were in hiding and no longer had the power to inspire peace.

4. This species is a warrior race with tan leathery skin, long grey/black hair, and sharp fangs. They currently have an alliance with the Scarrans and are mostly used as grunt soldiers and guards. They have a long-standing hatred for both the Kalish and the Hynerians.

Answer: Charrids

The Charrids were first seen in the season three episode "Infinite Possibilities: Daedalus Demands." Over 1000 cycles ago, this species raided the Hynerian Empire, killing over a billion and eating over a million Hynerian children, before being repelled by waves of suicide attacks. Episodes where they can be seen include, "Infinite Possibilities: Daedalus Demands," "Infinite Possibilities: Icarus Abides," "Mental as Anything," "Bringing Home the Beacon," "We're so Screwed: Fetal Attraction," "We're So Screwed: Hot to Katratzi," "We're So Screwed: La Bomba," as well as in "The Peacekeeper Wars."

5. This race has a warrior culture with a fierce code of honor. First seen in the "Premiere" episode, this race has protruding brow ridges that extend around to the sides of the head and has approximately eight tentacles called "tenkas" that hang down from the back of the head.

Answer: Luxans

The most well-known Luxan would be Ka D'Argo, a major character throughout the series. Some notable facts about Luxan physiology are that they have an excellent sense of smell. They also have prehensile tongues that can extend several feet either to grab objects or to deliver adaptive venom which stuns but does not kill the victim and they can safely survive in the vacuum of space for approximately fifteen minutes. Ka Jothee, the son of Ka D'Argo, is a Luxan/Sebacean hybrid.

6. This species is amphibious, with thick, leathery brownish-green skin. They have three stomachs and the ability to fart helium when nervous or angry.

Answer: Hynerians

Dominar Rygel XVI is the most well-known of the Hynerians who was first introduced in the episode, "Premiere." Other notable Hynerians are Rygel's cousin Bishan, whom stole the throne from Rygel while he slept, and the female Orrhn, Rygel's brief love interest in the episode "Fractures."

7. Members of this species have head and facial features that look like frogs and their skin is a leathery brown. Their major means of attack is that they can spit fireballs which comes in handy when they are busy being scavengers and mercenaries.

Answer: Sheyangs

Notable appearances of the Sheyangs can be seen in "PK Tech Girl," "Liars, Guns And Money: With Friends Like These," and "Liars, Guns And Money: Plan B."

8. This is the largest space-dwelling creature in existence. It is rare to find one of these alive, but once dead, their corpses are mined for nogelti crystals.

Answer: Budongs

Budongs eat rock and ice, but also have an extreme sensitivity to electromagnetism. To a Budong, ships are like "electromagnetic candy," making these creatures the sea monsters of outer space. First seen as a corpse in the season two episode, "Home on the Remains" it wasn't seen again until the season three episode "Green-Eyed Monster."

9. This species looks like a large lizard. Their thick skin helps protect them from pulse weapons; they also have razor-sharp claws. Their main weapon is their natural heat projection. In this, they are able to blast large amounts of heat from their hands.

Answer: Scarrans

There are three "ranks" of Scarran. Lower, warrior rank Scarrans, have long, scaly faces and large jaws. Mid-rank Scarrans have smoother, smaller faces, an exposed jaw and long, pale necks. Higher ranking Scarrans tend to be flatter, more humanoid in appearance compared to lower ranking Scarrans.

The Scarrans' sole weakness may be that they are dependent on one thing - the Crystherium flower. Scarrans must consume this plant in order to maintain their high intelligence and remain intellectually competitive with other sentient races. Notable Scarrans include Emperor Staleek and War Minister Ahkna, as well as the Scarran/Sebacean hybrid, Scorpius.

10. This species is the only species that has been seen in every episode of the series. Compared to other species of the Uncharted Territories they have poor eyesight. They inhabit only one planet and have insignificant space flight abilities, having made their first visits into space only in the last forty to fifty years.

Answer: Human

Did I trick you? Although there are a few species that could fit in most of the description, only one has appeared in every single episode, represented by the one and only John Crichton. Humans are similar in appearance to Sebaceans although there are some notable differences such as Humans lacking the extreme intolerance of heat found in Sebaceans.
