When she's celebrating with Mr. Lippmann, she notices that he has a horrible cough and tells him to watch his cold. Meanwhile, Elaine is getting back together with her old boyfriend, Jake Jarmel, and they're thinking about moving in together.
On the other side of the spectrum, George continues to have a rough time. He's still living with his parents, he has no job, and no girlfriend.

Elaine realizes that throughout the episode, she has switched places with George.
