Answer: Kronos

As we learn in "Broken Bow" Kronos (pronounced Qo'noS) is the Klingon homeworld. On Stardate 9521.6 in 2293 Praxis the largest moon of the Klingon Empire exploded poisoning the atmosphere with lethal radiation, and polluted their ozone layer and oxygen. Answer: Ceti Alpha V

Ceti Alpha V use to be habitable when Khan arrived with Marla in "Space Seed", but 15 years later Ceti Alpha VI exploded and turned Ceti Alpha V into a wasteland of near extinction. Chekov and Terrell not knowing of the quarantine Kirk placed on the planet mistook it for the M Class Ceti Alpha VI, beamed down, and freed Khan from his prison. Khan would later kill himself in the Battle of Mutara trying to kill Kirk with the Genesis torpedo.

5. Over which world is Deep Space Nine located?

Answer: Bajor

Deep Space Nine is in orbit over Bajor and guards the entrance to the Wormhole which leads to the Gamma Quadrant. The Enterprise, Voyager, and even the Defiant have docked at Deep Space Nine at one time.
6. In orbit of what planet did "Rascals" happen?

Answer: Ligos VII

Lurin operated a slave labor mine on the planet before Picard shut it down in "Rascals". During the DaiMon Lurin incident on Stardate 46235.7 The Enterprise D crew were turned into kids by a transporter accident. Lurin a Ferengi pirate stole two Klingon B'rels from the Federation and Klingon Salvage Depot Z15 on Qualor II, armed them, and used them to attack a Federation Science Vessel and the Enterprise on Ligos VII. Lurin's intentions were to use the crews of both ships as slave labors and to sell the Enterprise to the Tal Shiar.

His plan folded when Captain Picard and his crew (all of whom were kids) used their comms badges to beam the Ferengi into the transporter room where they were held in a force field. Picard and Riker then went to the bridge and took out Lurin and Morta ending the siege. With Lurin in custody the two B'rels were returned to the junkyard and stripped, Picard and his crew were returned to normal, the mine was shut down, and Lurin and his pirate crew were sent to a Ferengi prison. Odo would later tell this story to Worf on "Deep Space Nine" to refresh his memory.
7. Where is Starbase 74 located?

Answer: Tarsas III

Starbase 74 is in orbit over Tarsas III, a world that is identical to Earth. Footage of the original Enterprise docking at Spacedock was used for the sequence where it's successor docks and undocks at Starbase 74. On Stardate 41365.9 the Bynars stole the Enterprise and traveled to their homeworld which was destroyed by an electromagnetic pulse released from a star that went nova in a neighboring star system.

They also kidnapped Picard and Riker who had to take the ship back from them when the Bynars were knocked unconscious by the electromagnetic pulse. With the system rebooted Captain Picard, Riker, and the Bynars returned to Starbase 74.

Picard stopped the terrorists and destroyed the container preventing it from being sold.
