Answer: Benio Amakusa

Benio "Benibara" Amakusa is the President of St. Lobelia Girls' Academy's Zuka Club and is one of the few people who discovered Haruhi's gender. She is the first homosexual character to be introduced in the series and shares a lot of personality traits with Tamaki--being over-dramatic and flirting with ease.

Her aim is to steal Haruhi's first kiss in front of Tamaki.

The idea to start a Host Club was Tamaki's and he was the one who got the others to join. Kyoya is the Vice-President and takes care of the club finances.
