Mike Seaver was played by Kirk Cameron on "Growing Pains" (1985). The series revolved around Seaver, his career parents and his siblings. In high school, Seaver never worked hard to make the grade. Often times he goofed off and found himself in trouble. Later in life he decided he liked acting and pursued that for some time.

He also went to college for teaching. The series ran from 1985 to 1992.

Bud Bundy was played by David Faustino on "Married with Children" (1987). Bundy was intelligent but struggled with dating. He was often seen in embarrassing situations with girls. He took on the alter-ego of "Grandmaster B" because he thought it would get him more dates. But more often that not he was home on the weekends, dateless. The series ran from 1987 to 1997.

Arnold Jackson was played by Gary Coleman on "Diff'rent Strokes" (1978). Jackson's mother had passed away and he and his brother were adopted by Philip Drummond (Conrad Bain). Drummond also had a daughter. The series revolved around how life changed when the two boys moved in. Jackson was young and often looked to his brother for advise.

He always seemed thankful to Drummond for letting him move into his penthouse. The series ran from 1978 to 1985.

Fred Savage played Kevin Arnold on "The Wonder Years" (1988). The series was set in the late 1960's to the early 1970's. Arnold was a teenager who dealt with the many of the issues teens struggle with. He had a love interest named Winnie. He dated Winnie on and off through the series.

He had a good family-life but sometimes found his father to be unemotional. The series ran from 1988 to 1993.

Alex P. Keaton was played by Michael J. Fox on "Family Ties" (1982). Keaton's parents were hippie flower children. Keaton was much more conservative than the rest of his family. Often times they would debate about political issues. Keaton also loved economics and anything that had to do with money. The series ran from 1982 to 1989.

He tried to make the Winslows feel bad for him in the hopes that they would let him stay and hang out. The series ran from 1989 to 1997.

His mother was loving but could not always control Simpson. The animated series started in 1987 as an animated-short on "The Tracey Ullman Show" (1987). It was then developed into its own sitcom.

When Papadopolis found out the news of his death, he adopted Long. Long got along well with his new family.

However, Long accidentally set fire to the family's apartment with a science kit. They then moved into a large house which had a secret passageway.

The passageway led to the room of a woman. She ended up being the former home-owner's daughter. The series ran from 1983 to 1987.
