Answer: At Wicca Group

Willow saw Tara for the first time at Wicca group which was full of "wanna-blessed-bes" in the episode "Hush". Later in the episode, they perform their first spell together.

2. Who is the first person to find out that Willow and Tara are a couple?

Answer: Faith

Faith was the first person to find out Willow was gay. In the episode "Who Are You" when Faith is in Buffy's body, she remarks "So Willow's not driving stick anymore."

3. In what episode does Buffy find out about Willow and Tara?

Answer: "New Moon Rising"

Buffy finds out in the episode "New Moon Rising". This is when Oz comes back from wherever he was and wants to get back together with Willow.

Tara later expresses her sorrow in song.
