Answer: Borias

Xena and Borias made an duo of lovers that were feared from all around. While he was married, that did not stop Borias from falling in love with Xena. Borias even got Xena pregnant. While he started to change for good, his attempts to get Xena to do the same failed. He was killed by someone in Xena's army the night Solan was born.

Answer: Lyceus

When Amphipolis was attacked, many people fled, and many of them urged everyone else to do the same. Xena wanted to stay and fight for her village. Her little brother Lyceus stayed to fight with her as well. While she lived through the fight, her brother did not. Toris, Xena's older brother, chose not to fight in that battle and survived.

Answer: Cyrene

When Xena's little brother Lyceus died in the attack against Amphipolis, Xena lost another member of her family. Xena did not listen to others about not fighting. She also encouraged Lyceus to do the same. He listened and perished in the attack. Xena's mother, Cyrene, blamed Xena for the death of her youngest child.

She even went as far as outcasting Xena. The tension between them lasted for many years. Only when Xena went for the side of good and owned up to the part she played in Lyceus' death did Cyrene open up to her daughter again.

Answer: Julius Caesar

After Caesar took Xena hostage, he ordered his men to break her legs and for her to be crucified. Xena barely survived this. In season 4, Caesar once again gives orders for Xena's legs to be broken while she is crucified. This time though, he also ordered this for Gabrielle too. Neither of them survived this crucifixion.

Answer: M'Lila

M'Lila was a slave that Xena had on board her ship while sailing on the Mediterranean Sea. She was a young Gaelic who went on to have a big impact on Xena's life. She showed compassion towards Xena, and she went on to give her life to save Xena's life.

She also showed Xena her most powerful move, "the pinch." Xena would go on to use this pinch for the rest of her life, and it even became one of her trademarks. We see Xena's past of learning the pinch from M'Lila in the season two episode "Destiny."

Answer: Alti

Xena met her new found friend, Alti, while she was pregnant with Solan. Alti was even the first one to know that Xena was with child, but she knew this from her powers. Alti was kicked out of her Amazon tribe because of the power she possessed. After this, she made allies with Xena, and tried to get Xena to be her "Destroyer of Nations." Alti would go on to get Xena to slaughter the Queen of the tribe that kicked her out, and even go as far to to condemn the souls Amazon tribe who out-casted her.

Answer: To never know the love of his mother or father

Alti put a curse on the child of Xena and Borias. The curse was that the child would never know the love of either his mother or father. This curse worked too. Borias died the night Solan was born, and in order to protect her son, Xena gave Solan to a Centaur because Borias with allies with the Centaurs, and Xena knew that they would protect the son of their ally and friend.

Answer: Kaleipus

Kaleipus was the leader of the Centaur tribe that Borias was allied with. Even though he was not at peace with Xena's army, Xena knew that he would accept the child and raise him because he was the son of Borias. Kaleipus took Solan in and told Xena that he would raise the son of Borias as if he were his own. In season two we see that he has done just that.

Answer: Cyane

Cyane, an Amazon Queen, tried to get Xena to join the Amazons. She believed that there was promise for Xena to change her ways and fight for the Amazons in the name of what was right. She offered Xena a chance to join forces, and Xena seemed like she was actually considering it.

In the end, Alti made her an offer she liked better, power. So Xena did Alti's bidding and took revenge out on the Amazons for Alti.

Answer: Lao Ma

Lao Ma changed Xena forever. While it had little effect on her at the time, it later hit Xena hard. When Xena changed sides and started fighting for good, the words of her mentor Lao Ma stayed with her many times. On one occasion, Xena avenged her death. On another, Xena fought side by side with Lao Ma's daughter, Kao H'Sin, against Kao H'Sin's twin sister, Pao Ssu.

Answer: Ming-Tien

Ming-Tien was the son of Lao Ma and Ming-Zi. Xena and Borias kidnapped the child and held him hostage. His family got him back and he tried to get his revenge on Xena. When he took power, Ming-Tien had Lao Ma executed. He even did it himself because he knew his mother would not use her powers on him. He eventually meets his fate by the hands of Xena.

Answer: Odin

In the sixth season, we see that after she left Chin, she went west. While on her journey, she finds a God crucified to a tree. The God turns out to be Odin, of the Norse Gods. She also becomes one of his Valkyries. Xena helps Odin in a way by making him re-see the light of life, where he has given up on all. Xena quickly becomes one of his favorites.

Answer: Grinhilda

Grinhilda was the lover of Odin and his top Valkyrie. She did not like that Odin was paying attention to Xena, and she hated that Xena had made him change. Her jealousy was her undoing. She was turned into a tree-trunk like creature, because she put on the ring Xena made. The only reason why the ring did not work for her, was because she did not forsake love.

Answer: The Rheingold

The metal was a chunk of the Rheingold. It is said to give any mortal the power of a god. But this does not come without a price. In order for the mortal to use the power for more than a minute, the mortal must forsake love. Since Xena did this in her young age, she thought that the Rheingold was a perfect match for her. Xena melted the Rheingold down and made it into a ring. Grinhilda managed to get it away from her, but then she put it in.

While it did give her the power for a moment, the curse followed quickly.

In the sixth season, Xena once again puts the ring on, but this time it is to try to stop Odin. Since she found love since the last time she was in contact with it, the ring effected her. She forgot all about who she was as her consequence of wearing it without forsaking love.

Answer: Hercules

In the first season of "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys," we meet the wicked Warrior Princess. After Xena gets Hercules' best friend to turn on him, he is set on doing something. What he does, is get through to her on a human level. He makes her see the err of her ways.

After her army turns on her, he realizes that it was the perfect time to act. Lend a helping hand when she was down. This attempt at redemption worked too. Because of his influence (and later Gabrielle's influence to stay good), Xena was a changed woman and started to fight for good.
