Answer: Drinking water

The Dark Service HQ is an underground organization, funded by Lord Baelheit. Because they're a secretive organization, they don't get the perks of the normal Imperial guards. Hence, they don't get crystal clear drinking water, but a less potent, but still drinkable (if you guzzle it) Stale Water.

Answer: Sagi

This causes a lot of complaints from the other soldiers, since Sagi is still new, as well as a spiriter (or "ghost boy", as Valara puts it). Regardless, and at the command of the captain, they follow Sagi's lead.

Answer: An Unknown Creature

The Field Guide (received later) marks the creature down as "Unknown Creature" because Sagi has yet to learn that it's an Umbra, then later, an Afterling. Valara, though she chases after them, lets them get away in return for taking the creature back with them.

Answer: A woman with insomnia

The insomniac woman is inside one of the houses, but she is only involved in a side-quest, and isn't actually involved in the escape. Sagi encounters roadblocks on the way to the port, a pod without gas blocking the Empire soldiers' headquarters, and a thief blocking his way from roof-jumping.

Miliarde does join you just before this, however you can not choose her attack Magnus at this point. She later joins the party officially when you head into Hassaleh, but that's another land.

Although all are true (eventually), when you speak to one of the soldiers at the port, he mentions a bomb being found near where he stands. Luckily, it didn't go off, but he warns Sagi to report any suspicious activity to the nearest soldier.

The suspicious wife wants proof that her husband is unfaithful (Paramour's secret, from Almarde after giving her a gauze strip/medic kit/stinging antiseptic, and goopy machina oil); the drunken husband's wife actually requests love syrup, but you have to give it to the husband to complete the quest; and to the insomniac woman you give a fluffy pillow (by mixing two cottoncap fruits from Hassaleh together).

The man down on his luck you give a gold nugget to, but you won't get anything gold-based until you reach disc 2.

Answer: Warm Cheers/Icy Jeers

A guard in Quaester Verus' estate gives you Warm Cheers, which over time reverts to Icy Jeers, and back. He later dissappears from his spot after a certain event very late in the game.

Answer: Fireglow Stone

The Fireglow Stone requires a Pretty stone and a Flame or Blaze, neither of which can be found in the desert. The Celestial Flower requires Mother Sunshine, and both the Hot Rock and Rock Salt both require stones, even though you can just get the essence of Rock Salt directly in the desert.

Nope! The first time, you visit Azha because Milly wanted to give Sagi some time to think. It's not until a little later that you come back for the terrorist-hunt.

The first time is just after you return from Sagi's "dream"; the second time is during your escape; and the third time is when, according to Guillo, it's "laughing at us", as you try to cross a sinking bridge.

Answer: Mintaka

The person in question is a little kid standing in front of the apartment on the second floor. The only way to get to him is by going through the Imperial HQ, up the stairs to the roof, down one screen, and cross the mini-bridge to the house.

Actually, the guards stop you briefly, recognize you, then tell you that because of Baelheit's preparations for the upcoming election, they are too busy to contend with Sagi's reappearance. That, and the captain isn't in the HQ at the moment. In Disc 2, however, they do block you because they are preparing for Baelheit's upcoming speech.

Answer: She has to go visit a friend.

Her excuse raises a little suspicion in Guillo, but Sagi shrugs it off. It's not until WAY late in the game that you find out Milly's secret.

One in Olgan's residence, one in the Lava caves, and one during the election speeches late in the game. It's the third monster appearance that makes a sudden, major plot twist in the entire storyline of the game, and finally gives you, the player, the final pieces of this puzzle.
