The zombie with the longest range of the game would be the Tendril zombie, as its tentacles give it a little longer range than the Reaper' Sickle. The Reaper, while it's range is high, has extremely poor speed and melee speed, making it very easy to walk by or dodge. Be warned, however, should it's attack connect, it will do tons of damage to your character.

The Leaper Zombie can kill any player in the game in one hit. Regardless of how great your armor and endurance is, a shot from this zombie ends it all. However, like with the Reaper, the Leaper is very slow and it's melee attack is rather slow, while it's range is poor.

This makes it relatively easy to avoid, but should you confront it, you will need a powerful gun, as approaching it with melee is extremely risky and not advised.
