You have to go to Osprey Cove and go into a store, get the bottom-most item, Forged Papers, then show them to Captain Rhubarb and he'll give you the pirate armour. You need black pearls to level up your pirate armour. The ninja equivalent is "Itchy Itchy Paradise", which costs the same.

Sir Rolith is in the Oaklore Keep. He has yellow-blond hair. The Priestess tells you about a message, but Rolith mistakes you by saying massage. After level 3, he lets you save Lady Celsetia.

You get it from Lady Celestia. She only talks to you when you have a baby dragon. When you click on DragonLord armor the Dragon Amulet screen pops up. The DragonLord armour is an armor that lets you beat strong enemies by using strong powers.
