Answer: General RAAM

Myrrah is revealed as the locust queen in 'Gears 2' and named in 'Gears 3'. Kantus are the healers or priests of the Locusts and Chairman Prescott was appointed leader of the C.O.G shortly after Emergence Day (or E-Day).

2. In the Tomb of The Unknowns in 'Gears of War', our heroic Delta Squad comes face to face with a formidable opponent once inside. What is it?

Answer: Berserker

Berserkers are the female Locusts, super-strong and nearly blind, hunting by sound and smell. The only way to defeat them is by heating their skin to soften it so that small arms will damage them, or using an orbital strike from the Hammer of Dawn.

3. Where does the villain in 'Gears of War 1' meet his end?

Answer: The Tyro Pillar

Delta Squad (Marcus and Dom) defeats General RAAM and manages to deploy the Lightmass Bomb, ultimately destroying the Outer Hollows and the Kryll's breeding grounds, although it was also credited with awakening the Giant Riftworm.

Answer: Four

The Riftworm is considered a deity by the Locusts and was used by Skorge to sink the cities around the Jacinto Plateau, weakening its foundations so that Jacinto itself could eventually be invaded by the Locust.

The same strategy was also a last resort for the Locust to flood the Hollow and destroy the Lambent.

6. Since sinking Jacinto, and relocating the remnants of the population, a new major threat has emerged in 'Gears of War 3', killing humans and Locusts alike. To what exactly am I referring?

Answer: The Lambent

Lambent were Locusts infected by Imulsion, mutated beyond recognition. They explode upon death, as seen when the Lambent Leviathan attacks CNV Sovereign and with the Lambent Brumak beneath Jacinto at the end of the second game.

Failing to stop Adam Fenix from deploying the 'Imulsion Cure', killing all of the Locust and Lambent alike, Marcus stabs the Queen with Dom's knife, ending the Locust campaign forever.

The Theron and Mauler Elite are RAAM's guard that accompany him in the assault on Illima. Armored Kantus also have the ability to roll at great speed towards their enemies, their spiky armour slicing and filleting anyone unfortunate enough to be in the way.
