Elmdor was really a good guy, known as Silver Noble to his allies and Silver Ogre to his enemies, due to his hair color. In the beginning of the game, Ramza and Algus (Elmdor's squire) save Elmdor, who was kidnapped by Gustav, under orders of Dycedarg. Elmdor was killed in a battle by a stray arrow, found out in a rumor, but was resurrected as a Lucavi called Zarela. He was slain by Ramza, Meliadoul and Company at Limberry Castle.
Zalmo Rusnada was a Pagan Examiner, who thought Ramza was bad (they all do...) and tried to execute him twice. The second time he found Delita (an ally of the Church) with Ramza, and Delita had to help Ramza silence Zalmo because of this.

Marge Funeral was the High Priest of the Murond Glabados Church and the leader of the Temple Knights, who were sent to protect him, or so he thought... He was killed by Vormav, once he had outlived his usefulness. Valowa the ex- king of Odalia, who died before the end of the Fifty Year War and was succeeded by his son, Prince Lanard.
Dycedarg was Ramza's greedy big brother, who killed their father, Balbanes and turned into a Lucavi called Adramelk and kills their brother Zalbag. He is then slain by Ramza.
Gelwan was a minister and Aide to Prince Goltana. He had secretly joined Prince Larg and formed a plan to kidnap Ovelia and blame it on Goltana. Delita manages to gather this information from a Hokuten Knight. Delita reveals this information to Goltana and kills Gelwan, watched by other Aides and Goltana.

Serpentarius Stone is the hidden, 13th stone, which was used by a mysterious wizard, a graduate from the Gariland Military School. His name was Elidibs, who fought for Ivalice in the Fifty Year War and hid later. He hid in the lowest levels of the Deep Dungeon, where he transforms into his Lucavi form and challenges Ramza to a fight.

Marge Funeral was the High Priest of Murond Glabados Church and was betrayed by his Temple Knights as Vormav uses his sword to kill him.
Omdolia Atkascha was the King of Ivalice in the beginning of the game and was father to two sons, who died and later father to Orinas, who did not die. Omdolia died of the Black Plague soon after the game's beginning.
Bestrada Larg was the Prince of Gallione and Supreme Leader of the Hokuten. He wasn't as good as the game implies in the beginning and is soon revealed to be just as bad as Goltana. He is poisoned by the Mosfungus that Balk spreads, along with the Hokuten at Bethla Garrisson. Dycedarg took advantage of the situation and stabbed Larg to death, becoming the ruler.
Gelkanis Barinten aka the Weapon King and the Grand Duke of Riovanes was a sick, sick man and as greedy and power-hungry as everyone else.
He tried to force the Temple Knights to help him take Ivalice, but Vormav went on a rampage and Barinten fled to the roofs of Riovanes Castle. He tried to kill Rafa, his adoptive daughter, by shooting her. Rafa's brother, Malak, comes in time and jumps to save his sister, getting the bullet hit instead. Malak dies. Marquis Elmdor's ultima demon/assassin Lede arrives and throws Barinten down from the roof, killing him... Malak is resurrected by one of the Zodiac Stones and Marquis Elmdor and Celia arrive, so does Ramza and Company. Elmdor, Celia and Lede are fought and won...

Simon was the head of Orbonne Monastery. He was killed by the Temple Knights, when they came looking for Virgo Stone.
Ruvelia was the Queen of Ivalice and once again, a power-hungry person as the rest of them. She formed a plan with Larg to kidnap Ovelia. The info leaked and she was prisoned at Bethla Garrisson.
Bart Rudvich was the leader of Bart Company. He was hired by Cardinal Draclau aka the Lucavi Queklain to find the Taurus Stone. He messed up, revealing the Cardinal was behind it to Ramza. He was killed by the Cardinal.
Teta was Delita's sister, an innocent girl, who, because of a failed assassination attempt at Dycedarg, was taken hostage by Golagros, a Death Corps member. Teta is shot at Fort Zeakden by Algus, so is Golagros, due to order of Zalbag. Algus is killed by Ramza and Delita and Delita mourns next to Alma. Golagros blows the place up and with her last strength, Teta shields Delita from the blast.
