Bahamut is found after defeating the Dragon in the Temple of the Ancients, Neo-Bahamut is found on your way to meet Sephiroth on disc 2 in the North Crater and you can acquire Bahamut Zero by going to Bugenhagen's solar system laboratory and looking at the blue huge materia.
