Answer: Seifer Almasy

Seifer is one of the two characters you temporarily control along with Edea. He has a great rivalry with Squall Leonhart. His limit is named 'No Mercy'.

Answer: Rinoa Heartilly

Rinoa becomes attached to Squall from the start despite his cold heartedness and his lonesome actions. She also has a close attachment with her dog. Her dog is named Angelo and is the main source of her limits.

Answer: Ellone

Ellone is a mysterious girl and the missing "Sis" of Squall's past. She has the ability to send a person's consciousness back in time and into the body of another, so they can experience and influence the actions of that person. She uses this talent to send Squall's party into Laguna's past adventures, hoping that they would alter the past; however, she eventually realizes that her abilities can only view history, not alter it. Ultimecia needs this power to achieve time compression, so she uses the Galbadian military to find her.

After Ellone's parents were killed by Galbadian soldiers, she lived with Raine until she was captured by Esthar. She shares a close relationship with her adoptive uncle, Laguna, who rescues her from Esthar. After Raine's death, she moves to Cid's orphanage before following him to Balamb Garden.

He plays a mean game of cards and if given the Ifrit Card he begins to play his daughter's card. He is the person who issues you with the battle strategy of how to defeat Edea should Irvine miss.

Ward is a character who doesn't get much attention in the game. He works as a Janitor in Galbadia D-District Prison before Laguna becomes president. His limit is called Massive Anchor and he is the character with the most health at level 100 with no junctions.

Adel was orginally the leader of Esthar and used her sorceress powers to control the people. After Laguna came she gained control of Rinoa who is also a sorceress.

Quistis became a SeeD at 15 and an instructor at 18. Most fanfictions dispict her as being the love interest of Seifer Almasy. She isn't that interesting in my opinion.

Answer: Zell Dincht

Zell is easy to anger especially by Seifer who calls him Chickenwuss and other insulting names regularly. After coming back from Dollet you can go and play his mum at cards and she rarely plays the Zell card which is a good card so early in the game.

Laguna is infatuated by Julia but sees her for the last time in Deling. He later hears she's married and died and even tually marries Raine. He becomes the 'uncle' for Ellone.

Selphie can use a few unique spells with her limit such as Wall, Rapture, Ultima and The End. It's fun using Ultima on the first boss with her if you're lucky. She begins to develop feelings towards Irvine Kinneas towards the end of the game. She becomes the Garden Festival committee along with her friends near the start of Disc 2.
