Answer: Big Smoke

Big Smoke is the third main character personally introduced in the game, after Tenpenny and Pulasky. He is severely overweight. Carl complimented his black Perennial in the beginning of the game, which was blown up after some Ballas shot it, and was replaced by a blue Glendale.

He lives in a small green house in Los Santos near Pay N Spray and Well Stacked Pizza, right in front of the train tracks. He is always on the radio calling himself a saint, and was said to have opened an orphanage. It was later revealed that he ran an entire drug factory and ran with the Ballas, which he claimed that he did only for the fame and fortune. You kill him in the last mission.

Answer: Catalina

Catalina is Cesar's cousin. She was introduced to Carl while making a scene at a restaurant. She lives up on a mountain in Fern Ridge. She is very mean, insulting, obnoxious, and never admits wrongdoing. You do four robberies with her, in a user-controlled order.

Jethro is one of the mechanics at Carl's garage in San Fierro, and is never specified if he can swim or not. Cesar is Kendell's boyfriend who later befriends Carl. Ryder wears sunglasses all the time, but can swim as revealed in the mission Pier 69. Woozie lives in the Chinatown area of San Fierro.

He wears sunglasses and cannot swim because he is blind. He claims that his senses are not functional in the water.

The Truth lives on a farm south of San Fierro, with a driveway covered in "do not enter" signs. Whenever he calls Carl, he either makes it sound like a prank call or makes sure it is Carl. His real name is never said.

Zero owns an R/C shop, called Zero R/C, in San Fierro. His archenemy is Berkley, who lost to Zero in the science fair, and has since swore revenge on Zero.

Kane was one of the leading members of the Front Yard Ballas. He is only seen in one mission where members of the Grove Street Families, including Sweet and Carl, go to a Ballas' funeral to kill Kane. Once at the funeral, the GSF members get shot at while Kane makes a run for it, but only to be chased down and shot by Carl.

Freddy was OG Loc's former cellmate while he was in jail. It is said that while in prison, he and OG Loc engaged in homosexual activity and he stole Loc's rhymes. After a long bike chase throughout Los Santos, he is shot and killed by Carl.

Tony appears briefly in Rosie's missions. He is Rosie's comic relief.
