Answer: Pillar of Autumn

Of all the Spartan Cybers only Linda and Master Chief made it back to the ship where Linda was placed in cryo-sleep to heal her injuries. The Covenant Fleet chased the Pillar of Autumn all the way from Reach to a Halo. After escaping the Flood, Master Chief destroyed the Halo and the Pillar of Autumn by causing a warp-core breach which blew up the ship's reactors. Captain Keys managed to launch the cryopods into space before the ship crashed. Linda ended up on the far side of the Halo out of range of weapons fire.

The other pods were destroyed by the Covenant and the Flood or had their life support damaged in the attack. Master Chief managed to recover Linda and revive her so she could get the treatment to repair her wounds.

Answer: Truth and Reconciliation

Part of the objective of this mission is you have to rescue him from the jail on the bottom of the ship. Later, Master Chief destroys it to prevent the Flood from getting off the Halo.

Answer: In Amber Clad

The In Amber Clad would be the base of operations for Master Chief and his UNSC personnel as they invaded Delta Halo. The In Amber Clad would be taken over by the Flood and used to bring them to Earth. It would be destroyed during the Battle of the Ark.

Answer: Shadow of Intent

The Shadow of Intent was used as the command vessel of the combined Covenant Human Fleet. It was the first vessel to arrive after the Flood attempted to invade Earth. Under the command of Rtas 'Vadum, the Covenant fleet was ordered to glass Africa. This was done to prevent the Flood from invading the other continents.

Although Africa got glassed, the Flood invasion was stopped and they went to invade the Ark.

Answer: Forward Unto Dawn

The Dawn was the best ship in the fleet until an exploding Ark destroyed it. The explosion split the ship in half and stranded Master Chief and Cortana in space for 4 years. During this time, Cortana got the Rampancy Virus which degraded her systems. Later, the Dawn entered the orbit of Requiem and Master Chief was revived when Covenant Separatists boarded the ship. Master Chief managed to drive the Separatists off but a high energy scan by Requiem hit them and they and the Separatists got swallowed by Requiem.

Answer: Infinity

Infinity was a prototype. Its mission was to find the remaining Halo rings and deactivate them and destroy any Flood left on the rings. Its mission later evolved to rescuing Master Chief and Cortana from Requiem.

Answer: High Charity

This ship is the Covenant home - everything from Prophets to Grunts can be found on this ship. The Flood would later take it over and make it their hive. Master Chief managed to destroy it when he and Cortana activated an incomplete Halo destroying the Flood for good.

Answer: Shadow of Intent

Of all the ships in the Covenant Fleet, only the Shadow of Intent made it to Earth. The Sublime Transcendence was destroyed at Joyous Exultation when a stinking Grunt armed a NOVA Bomb and blew up the ship's warp reactor destroying half the fleet and the planet.

The Incorruptible was destroyed by Sentinels on Onyx when the UNSC detonated a warhead. The Infinite Succor was boarded by the Flood on a Halo, and sent into the sun by Rtas 'Vadum who escaped using a Phantom and was rescued and returned to his ship the Shadow of Intent.

Answer: Spirit of Fire and Pillar of Autumn

Only the Pillar of Autumn and the Spirit of Fire survived. Gettysburg and Trafalgar were in drydock on Reach when the Covenant destroyed it the other four ships in this list were destroyed on Harvest. The Spirit of Fire made it off of Harvest with it's Spartan Cyber crew who were all put into their cryopods.

The Spirit jettisoned her warp core to destroy the shield world Etran Harborage standing them in space. Although the crew were declared dead the Spartans were asleep and at some point after escaping the shield world they got boarded by the Flood.

The Spartans managed to drive them off, but the AI Serina sacrificed herself so the Spartans could save their ship. The ship was found 28 years later on the Ark where the UNSC fought The Banished and witnessed the launch of Installation 09 the new Halo.

The Spirit of Fire also recovered Isabel who was marooned here during the first battle of the Ark. We already know the story of the Pillar of Autumn it was destroyed when Halo blew up.

Answer: Argent Moon

Blue team was dispatched to Argent Moon to contain it and find out what ONI was doing on the facility. Months before an outbreak happened on Argent Moon and the AI Rooker sent all the dead into space before succumbing to the Rampancy Virus. After the outbreak Jackal Scavengers found it and sold it to Jul 'Mdama and his Separatists. Jul 'Mdama sent his entire fleet to take over the facility but failed. Master Chief then gave his famous order and ordered Argent Moon scuttled to prevent the Separatists from using the classified weapons inside the facility.
