You awake, strapped to a bed, provided with instructions from a mysterious voice to guide you through a series of fighting and weapons techniques. Training for use of fibre wire, knife skills, and a vast array of guns takes place in this training session. Before you can qualify to move onto the real missions of the game, you must escape from the area by killing a staff member, stealing his clothing, and ultimately leaving the region.

Answer: The Red Dragon Negotiator

In a relatively simple mission, the objective is to go to a high vantage point in order to use the sniper rifle to eliminate the Red Dragon negotiator. Once this task has been completed, you must navigate back to the rendezvous point without being gunned down. By eliminating the negotiator, your agency hopes that it will spur a full on gang war between Blue Lotus and Red Dragon triads.

Answer: Chiu Dai Park

The negotiation takes place inside the fictional Chiu Dai Park which is easily identifiable in the middle of the map due to the pagoda. The level is surrounded by what appear to be apartment complexes and one of those has an external lift/elevator that you can take up to the roof. Once you have reached the roof, you have an excellent vantage point to scope out and snipe the Red Dragon negotiator.

Answer: The Blue Lotus Emissary

Now that the Red Dragon negotiator has been eliminated, your agency wants to make it look like a retaliation has taken place. Blue Lotus members have been sent to the restaurant in order to apologize for the previous incident. In order to complete this mission, you must eliminate the Blue Lotus emissary following his meeting inside of the restaurant.

After his meeting he will leave in a limousine. Only by destroying the limousine will it be possible to kill the Blue Lotus emissary.

Answer: Place a car bomb

To eliminate both the Blue Lotus emissary as well as the surrounding guards in the distance, a car bomb must be planted in the limousine and detonated while the limousine is driving off. To do so, it is best to disguise yourself as the limousine chauffeur.

While he takes a quick break to use the washroom in an alleyway, you can kill the chauffeur, steal his clothes, and dispose of his body in an open sewer. Now that you are disguised, you can go to the limousine and plant the car bomb. As it drives away you need to time it so that the bomb detonates while the limousine drives past the Blue Lotus guards.

Answer: The Chief of Police

The Chief of Police was paid by the Red Dragon triad to protect them from the Blue Lotus gang. The police chief has set up a meeting on neutral ground inside of a fish restaurant to try and smooth things over between the two groups. In order to eliminate the final target (in the fourth level) in the Hong Kong missions, it is necessary to eliminate both a Red Dragon negotiator and the police chief.

In doing so, the police will pull their support for the Red Dragon triad who will then need to protect themselves. By eliminating the Red Dragon negotiator and disposing of his body, you can disguise yourself as the negotiator. By doing so you have access to the neutral meeting in which you need to shoot the police chief and escape to the rendezvous point.

Answer: An amulet

When you eliminate the Red Dragon negotiator you are able to take a Red Dragon amulet from his person. As you disguise yourself as the negotiator you have access to a neutral meeting inside of the Cheung Chau Fish Restaurant. Earlier in the mission, it is possible to place a weapon inside of the restroom. You may use the restroom to drop the Red Dragon amulet and pick up your weapon which is then used to shoot the police chief. By leaving a Red Dragon amulet it will incriminate Lee Hong and assume that he no longer wants police security.

Answer: Lee Hong

The final level is called "The Lee Hong Assassination". All of the previous Hong Kong missions have been completed in order to gain access to the Red Dragon leader Lee Hong. As the game progresses, it turns out that he is actually one of Agent 47's five fathers (the others are also characters that must be eliminated throughout the game). By gaining access to his hiding spot by negotiating the underground tunnels of the restaurant, you must quietly kill Lee Hong. Once you have eliminated him you must then head down to Lee Hong's boat that will allow you to escape the level.

Answer: In the basement of the restaurant

After being caught by Lee Hong and his associates, an American CIA agent named Carlton Smith has been imprisoned and tortured in a chamber in the tunnels below the restaurant. In order to discover this you can find out by talking to the restaurant bartender or Lei Ling (a prostitute on the second floor of the restaurant). Once you find the CIA agent, he provides you with information as to one of the potential four locations (these are random in each game play) of the jade figurine which is necessary in order to complete the level.

Answer: A chemical bomb

The chemical bomb is not found in this level, but rather later in the game in a level called "Traditions of the Trade". The flyer is given to you by the bartender and allows you access to the second floor of the building which is being protected by guards. The flyer is an invitation to the brothel. By gaining access to the brothel you are able to talk to a prostitute named Lei Ling who will then give you the combination to Lee Hong's safe.

The jade figurine can be found in one of four locations and is necessary in order to get the poison. The CIA agent you rescue will tell you what safe location it is in. Once you have retrieved the jade figurine you are to bring it to the herbal shop where the shop owner will exchange it for the poison.

When you have the poison, you must kill one of the waiters and swap clothes. Now that you are disguised as the waiter you have access to a bowl of soup. You then put the poison into the soup which you will bring to Lee Hong's bodyguard Tzun. Tzun will test the soup which kills him. The killing of Tzun allows for easier access to eliminate Lee Hong.
