He can only be accessed after the sealing of Hollow Bastions keyhole and talking to Tinkerbell with Peter in the party. Phantom is a very hard boss who attacks Sora and his party at the Clock Tower. He has a doom attack that puts one character out of action after twelve counts but this can be stopped for a short while if you cast stop/stopra on the clock face that is moving.

The only way to defeat Phantom is to attack the heart underneath him. White means a physical attack, red is Fire, blue is Blizzard and yellow is Thunder.

This weapon brings back memories of the Destiny Islands, fighting Tidus, Selphie and Wakka. At this stage in the game you should let Beast do all of the attacking and you back him up with magic. I wonder where Riku got the wooden sword from and why he has it.
