The powder kegs in Clock Town cost 50 rupees. To get certified for a powder keg, you must visit the giant goron in Goron Villiage (during spring) and carry the keg to the boulder by the lake. (This lake is frozen until spring. To unfreeze it, you have to beat the Snowhead Temple.)

When you visit Ikana, Pamela's father had been momentarily transformed into a gibdo. You can enter her house by planting a bomb by the door to get Pamela outside. This gives you a chance to dash in and go downstairs. In a closet is Pamela's father. If you play the song of healing when Pamela's father is outside of the closet, you recieve the Gibdo Mask. If you try to kill Mr. Pamela's Dad with your sword, Pamela will kick you out.

You can get this mask by going to the mountain part of Termina Field (from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.) and playing the song of healing for him (he's on a frozen tree). If you wear this mask at night in West Clock Town, you can help out the dancing Rosa sisters who need some more funky dance moves. They give you a Piece of Heart and worship you, calling you "master".
