All the Core enemies give a generous amount of experience points relative to other enemies in the area. Red Cores give 2222 experience points each, for example, while other enemies don't even give 500 a piece. Blue Core and Green Core appear later, as well as the No Core near Chaed.

The Master form of the wind Capsule Monster is a dragon: Sky Dragon to be more precise. Level four of the Fire Capsule Monster is also a dragon: the Blaze Dragon. Efreet is an enemy from "Lufia and the Fortress of Doom". True to their titles, Master Capsule Monsters are quite powerful, Sully in particular.

Answer: Lyden

This is one of the many oddities, at least in the American release of "Lufia 2". The Isle of Forfeit is the island where the town of Forfeit lies. Underneath this town is a large casino. Upon entering, a window appears with the name of the place. This window says "Markao".

However, one of the ladies at the entrance says "Welcome to Pegas". Lyden is a place from "Lufia and the Fortress of Doom" with a legendary chef, known as the "Lyden Wizard".

The only party members who may fight there are Maxim, Arty, Guy, and Selan. It was thought that Dekar died at the shrine north of Karlloon, but he makes an appearance in Portravia. He clears the monsters away so the party can leave for the Fortress in their newly repaired blimp.

After defeating Amon on Strahda Island, Maxim obtains the Pearl Helmet. Prior to this, Maxim obtains the Pearl Armor on Shuman Island after defeating Gades. Finally on Kamirno Island, Dual Blade chooses Maxim over Daos.

Answer: Fortress of Doom

Maxim had not even seen Erim until the battle in the Fortress of Doom. After defeating Daos, Iris comes to Maxim in a quickly crumbling Fortress of Doom. Maxim senses the same energy from Iris as from Erim there. The player finds this out before Maxim does in the Tower of Truth west of Durale.

Answer: Gratze

Gratze Kingdom (or '3y Kingdom, as it says on the save screen when you save in Gratze: another result of a Natsume version oddity) is destroyed after Maxim and the party obtain the engine they need for the blimp. Chaed is destroyed by Daos after meeting Maxim in the underwater shrine near the Ring Islands. Agurio and Gordovan fall to the Sinistrals earlier in the game.

Another of the oddities in the game, the rooms in the underwater cave near Parcelyte are all made of symbols. The name Parcelyte is another oddity in itself: it's Parcelyte in the town, but Percelyte in the warp menu. Zeppy is found in one room of this cave. The others contain treasure.

Answer: The dealer will stay on any number that beats the player's hand

The fact that the dealer never busts makes this a highly unprofitable game to play. Coupled with the fact that tying the dealer results in a loss, it's near impossible to get ahead. The only upside is that the dealer shows the player three cards to choose his or her hand from.

The player may not double down or split. On the other hand, following traditional blackjack rules, the dealer stays on 17 or higher.

Answer: Wheel Eel

Wheel Eel is a flower met relatively late in the game and is graphically a blue version of La Fleshia. Bolt Fish is, well, a fish. Unicorns are deceitfully other fish met in the water; it has a horn which explains the name. She Vipers are more powerful versions of the aquatic Morays.

Other aquatic enemies include Seahorses, Perches, and Killer Whales. The enemies you face at sea grow in power with your levels.
