Lava Bubbles have 6 life and 0 defence and they have 3 attacks: an ignite that deals 4 damage to whoever is in front, a Spirit Flare that can hit either you or your partner for 3 damage, and a Fire Breath that deals 3 damage to both you and your partner. All the attacks can burn you, but they are weak against explosions and ice, since they are living fire spirits.

It is wise not to use your fire attacks.

Answer: Swampire

Swampires have wings and small claws on their back legs, but no hands. They have 20 life and 0 defence and a Life Drain that can transfer 6 life from you to itself.

Answer: Rawk Hawk

Rawk Hawk is a mini-boss found in The Glitz Pit. He focuses on aerial attacks.
He has 40 life and 0 defence and a Side Bound attack that deals 4 damage to one target, a Double-Flip that hits you and your partner for 4 points each, and his "Rafter Quake" which causes stage props to fall on you and your partner to deal 1 point of damage each time you're hit (ten items drop each time he uses this ability).

The three Dragons of this game are Hooktail of Hooktail's Castle, Gloomtail of the Palace of Shadows, and Bonetail of the Pit of 100 trials. Hooktail has 20 life and 1 defence and her Claw and Chomp abilities deal 5 points to one target.

Answer: Goomba

Goombas are the powerhouse of minions, with only 2 HP, 1 ATT, and 0 DEF. They are a force to be reckoned with! Not really, of course. They're one of the easiest enemies to defeat.

Answer: Doopliss

Vivian leaves to join you after you help her find the Superbomb that was going to be used to kill you (after you beat Doopliss for the first time), and she joins you again mid-way through the fight with you and Doopliss (in the last encounter in Chapter 4). Doopliss has 40 HP, and he has a Sheet Slam that does 2 damage.

It's easy to superguard it, but he can also use Party Mimic that gives him the ATT, the DEF, and the abilities of whomever he copies (he doesn't use badge Abilities, though).

Answer: X-Yux

X-Yux is a X-Naut creation found on the Moon and in some parts of the X-Naut Command Base. Like the other Yux you fought, these guys spawn mini-Yux to protect them.

Answer: Magnus Von Grapple

Magnus Von Grapple is a machine made by X-nauts by order of Lord Crump. He can use Rocket Arms to shoot his arms out to act like Bullet Bills, but also has Stomper Quake to deal damage.

Answer: Atomic Boo

Atomic Boo can only be fought if you open the chest in the mansion's basement. As soon as you get to the main lobby, you must talk to the single Boo and say you're not going to hurt him. He'll chuckle a bit and get his friends out to get you. Simply use your hammer to knock them away and the Boos will get annoyed and form this ghost.

He has a Boo-Gun attack (rapidly fires ghosts at you) and Circle of Scary (a single target attack that may daze you or your partner). He may also go Invisible or start Levitating. Defeating it gets you the Lucky Start Badge.

Answer: Blooper

Blooper has 12 HP, 1 attack and 0 defense. Mario needs to attack his tentacles to open the way to Petalburg.
