This is shown at the very beginning of the game. Parakarry delivers the Mario Brothers' mail and yells, "Mail Call!" Parakarry was the fourth partner in Mario's party in the original party. This is his only cameo in this game.

Answer: Lord Crump

Lord Crump has the lowest collective battle statistics among every boss in this game, if one were to even consider him as one. He has 5 HP, an attack power of 1, and a defense power of 0. It is also interesting to note it is impossible to lose to him in this battle.
