An interesting note is that at the very end of the mission, Phil is shown missing his LEFT arm, and in "Liberty City Stories" and "Grand Theft Auto III" Phil is still missing his LEFT arm. Assuming the cutscene in "Boomshine Saigon" was a mistake.
